  • Pros

  • MediaRadar is easy to use. I like The tearsheets option.
  • MediaRadar does a great job of looking for relevant contacts and providing a wealth of information on the advertisers included, such as online creative and where it's running.
  • Cons

  • One thing that can be frustrating at times is the amount of time it will take something to load or move from tab to tab.
  • As with all databases, it is difficult to keep up to date on the fast moving changes of contacts. Maybe there could be a way for UGC and input for changes.

  • It doesn't take much time to setup a basic survey with a Welcome and Thank You page. To make the surveys look more professional, we can customize every page with the features available in QuestionPro.
  • With a little experience, most of the functions are easy to use. Thanks to the simple integration of a survey via a link, QuestionPro can be integrated into the work process as quickly as desired.
  • Cons

  • It was disappointing that the White Label option was removed but overall nothing substantive.
  • The editor for the message is also very simple and you are restricted to one template.
