Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

The dashboard was user friendly and easy to use.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Integration was straightforward and fast. Customer service is always helpful and easy to work with.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

One of the problems we initially had to overcome, is that we tend to work quite collaboratively when we are all in the office, and sit in a room with something on a screen.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Needs to integrate with gmail - this is delayed and needs to happen.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

Their products are a la carte with modules for everything so finding the right product mix can be tricky as well. The lack of integration with our other systems is also an issue for us.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

They had good value, money back guarantee and a trial period.

The voice service, once configured properly, generally worked fine.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.

The rankings by which it presents its similar algorithms are super amazing. It even ranked the results on percentile rankings.

The sample size per market seems to be small, so the accuracy and reliability of their data is questionable.

When it comes to competitive analysis SimilarWbe Pro playing a huge role in there. Visual charts and graphs give you more valuable information.

Before Similarweb, we only had very limited insight into competitor web performance. The insights we've been able to gather since using the platform have been staggering.

I use it along with other makerting research tools. It offers great prospects, even if you only use the free version.

This is great for analysis the performance of competitor websites. It provides up to date comparison of how my own website is performing and compares it to those of competitors.

SimilarWeb is very powerful to understand the competition and how good your site is within the industry.

I love the visual display of metrics. I find the whole UX intuitive and pleasing.

SimilarWeb PRO helped us save money - otherwise we could have burnt it on campaigns which are far away from being effective.

The software helps me identify traffic and its quality from any website on the internet. It's a great tool and it's great quality.

With just a few button presses, we can gain access to what seems to be remarkably accurate data and insights from our competitors. All of this is easy to use and is presented very well.

The reliability of their statistics has to be severely questioned, its even worse than Alexas efforts.

It might lack information on some websites with less traffic, the SEO part could also be more in depth.

I like SimilarWeb for what it is but I think there are a few other products on the market that are better.

Doesn't work well for website that has small traffic volumes. It can suggest very odd competitors to benchmark.

The reports generated are easy to understand and provide many great insights.

This can then make forecasting for certain sites difficult.

I like the platform, for something with so much data its quite easy to learn and  navigate. Their customer success team is very good.
