  • Pros

  • The UI is very clean and intuitive. The pre-made templates are well-thought out and easy to use.
  • Everything looks nice and clean. There are so many features, yet all the steps are easy to figure out immediately.
  • Cons

  • Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page.
  • There is nothing I found to be missing from the software.

  • Ease of use to start a questionnary. You don't have to wait for a validation or confirmation.
  • Great value for the money, support is perfect, tool that covers exactly the needs we had for our employee survey.
  • Cons

  • We still need extra tools for reporting, so the output is not always suitable for us and there are limits on the respondents, which is sometimes a problem for us.
  • I don't really have experienced anything negative yet.
