An native and proprietary Social Commerce plat. that merges ecommerce and social networking in one .
Thanks to this Social Networking technology integrated in an Headless Ecommerce, we can gain an extension and greater liveliness of the Zero Party Data available thanks to data analysis coming from users spontaneous actions, such as lifestyles attribution and social networking activities.
PROSThe Social Networking technology gives an extra boost in terms of retention thanks to its push notification technology. Furthermore the product pages can be enriched by the direct storytelling of the producers and made dynamic and "alive" by the participation of the customers, who feel more engaged.
CONSIt would be very advantageous to have, among the marketing tools, an even more extensive version of email marketing analytics (eg. open-ratio, CTR, etc.) allowing us to save on the external marketing automation service costs.

Excellent experience and worth buying
Very useful both when creating and managing a new community. Very intuitive to use and totally customizable for your scope or goal. It was easy to implement and customize, the free trial allows you to test the final experience. The assistance was always punctual and precise.

CONSI have no cons to report. The usage and implementation was pretty quick and easy and the assistance was a great help when I needed it.

Comprehensive and modular solution for any requirement
The platform, while giving a comprehensive set of out-of-the-box functionalities, has resulted very modular in allowing the integration within other ecosystems. While providing a front-end layer of their own, the solution has shown itself to be perfectly suitable for operating also as a headless platform.
CONSEven though the platform allows for the inclusion/integration of any kind of external tool managing video content, I think that amplifying the own platform'stools of handling the upload and fruition of video content would be key for the future.

We chose to proceed with SelfCommunity due to its out-of-the-box coverage of most of our business requirements and the optimal availability and quick-response of both the development team and the business team.

SelfCommunity enable us to grow a proprietary Brand Community
It fit very well with our overall digital strategy and enable us to apply a segmentation strategy and personalize community content and features accordingly. Onboarding was easy to roll out, team roles were quickly organized and activated. We were basically effective from day one.
PROSCustomization and ready to use Social Network based features. The platform let us to personalize every aspect of our Brand Community: from look&feel to content and user management rules, from community features to communication and promotion tools. It has also powerful audience clustering tool that helped us in shaping the structure of the Brand Community at best.
CONSIt would be useful to enable, per every single user with the Admin and Editor role, push notifications for their Posts. I know they will implement it soon.

SelfCommunity helps build stronger game communities
We are impressed by the opportunities that it can give us in integrating social community features, tools and data in our media based portal. We need to scale user engagement and i think SelfCommunity is the perfect solution.
PROSIt really helped us to move the game experience beyond with a full range of native Social Network features that maximize game based content and user engagement. On the Admin side the management panel is easy to use and user experience is very good.
CONSSchedule posts and manage scheduled posts still not available. They told me they are working on it to implement soon.

A platform that is helping our company develop customer focused strategies
I must say that SelfCommunity is an outstanding Platform that offered a wide array of benefits for our company. On a more specific note, I found the Social Analytics system provided by SelfCommunity to be incredibly comprehensive and customizable. It offers in-depth analyses of community engagement and user activity, allowing us to make data-driven decisions to enhance our marketing strategies.

We needed to have a dedicated Android / iOS app, since most of our target group are smartphone users: SelfCommunity, besides its impressive engagement tools, offers a well-guided system to publish your own App in both main App Stores.
PROSSelfCommunity is the perfect solution for our needs: to inform and engage leads to convert into customers. Its advanced data provisioning system is a further confirmation about the quality of the service.
CONSIt would be fantastic to have the very useful Broadcast message tool even with sending divided by clusters of users.
