Easy to use, intuitive and packed with features that make the life of a social media manager easy. I have been using this app regularly and each time I thank the developers for making it so easy to use it.

As a start up the features on the free option have been vital as a start up business and single person running the business and needing to be mindful of budget and ROI the first year.

Can post in one place saving time needed to focus on a start up. I also like the saved hashtag feature flying mainstream posting.

It does not indicate popular or high post activity with hashtags to help select best hashtags for the area, topic, or time of day activity.

This programme was the first of its kind I'd used, It was okay, I had several issues with scheduled posts not posting and disappearing altogether. Customer Support was great in getting back to me and trying to resolve the issue, although my issue wasn't solved and went on for several months during which I was still paying the full price, I wasn't offered a refund or reduction or anything.

Yes. The current software does not allow more than 4 slides in a carousel posts. It would be great to be able to schedule 10 slides at once.

I am satisfied because it has allowed us to streamline the process of creating and optimizing campaigns on our networks, improving the performance of our publishings.

What attracted me the most about this software is that it allows me to work on multiple marketing campaigns at the same time and control my teams in their campaigns, it allows me to manage and customize campaigns in the main social networks with a wider visibility.

It may need some interface tweaks but it amply meets my needs.

It's great to be able to schedule posts across all our social media accounts at the same time and the price is excellent.

It's annoying that when you copy a post to re-use it, if you change the photo or edit the post you have to do this separately for each social media platform within the post. It also does unfortunately lose us engagement because you cannot tag people in posts.

Able to easily schedule to all site accounts with no lag or issue. And the ability to do it with great ease.

Some things wouldn't copy and paste, and Twitter usually has issues.

Its good, I like the score feature, but think it would be good if there was scoring on different features, or the ability to break it down per platform.

Like the Score part, and the page where you can easily see the total views and engagments of you posts across the various platforms. Thats mainly what i go into the app for.

Not easy to schedule pasts from an app, i use the webpages only because it is easier.

Being able to hook up to social media no problems

It allows me to be consistent and efficient with posting, taking 5-10 one day rather than 5-10 everyday

I wish I could use this to post reels. Automate the process of posting reels using the audio and tags function as well

There should be something in between free and 20 accounts. I require 6 logins. So 20 is too many and I feel it is not utilised and 3 is too little
