I love having the ability to categorize insights, assign them to users/companies, and attach them to features or ideas on the roadmap.

Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Unfortunately, there is almost no reporting available. So although I can prioritise against company objectives, it is nearly impossible to report back on how much time and resource is allocated.

A little cumbersome when searching for content. I will search for items that I know are in the board and no results come up.

It is the best system of record for PM related information and to build a process in. A great way to ensure all stakeholder feedback is captured & organized.

Productboard's UI and organizational structure makes it a bit difficult to understand who specifically gave you the feedback.

Low user rights of contributors, i.e. missing the option of having more makers.

Well designed and easy to use software. It gives all of the features I need and has a depth to it that I know we will use later on.

It's an amazing tool you can use to give and share feedback. You can integrate it with many other tool like Slack to push things forward.

The customer service is fantastic. Response time has always been incredible.

The flexibility is also a great benefit, I highly use custom tags and split different views based on our needs for prioritization decisions, market reach or competitors gap.

Intercom integration send us what is collected via the support. And then of course our dear CS and Sales team help us by writing notes after talking to our customers.

Very positive experience, I use it almost daily and also to weekly check the developments. Would add a progress bar or % on the tasks to better indicate the status.

Great scoring mechanisms. Integrations are getting stronger.

The integrations, especially to software development workflows, are limited (Github). It doesn't replace project planning/tracking software unfortunately.

It also has a great integration with Intercom, which allows our support team to seamlessly share product feedback in a customer interaction with our Product team to process.

Productboard is friendly and easy to use, and really helps me keep track of the feedback our teams and myself collect from the customer. Thanks to the various integration I can never miss feedbacks.

Link customer feedback to Features. Great and responsive customer support when it's needed.

Good integration with Jira. Helps a lot when discussing the plans for the nearest weeks/months with the main stakeholder.

First time using slope within a company. It's easy to use and a great way to gather feedback.

How straight forward it is and  the functionality. You can see how far everyone is on projects, download all content, and see previous versions.

Creative project management and marketing requests.

Sharing work and feedback is quick, easy and intuitive. Slope helps us communicate easily and effectively while cutting down on unnecessary email conversations.

Mouse over numbered notes on the video are very helpful. The feedback from customer support seems to be speedy and very helpful.

I wish i could drag and drop files to upload. I don't like that hitting the back button takes me totally back outside of the project.

It saves me hours of work on every project. The tool is very intuitive, easy and fun to use.

File archives can get a bit messy if naming conventions are not properly upheld by all users.

I have used a few other project management platforms in the past and Slope is by far my favorite.

Ease of consolidating feedback on projects (especially video), even while contributors are traveling or working remotely. Slope's customer support is incredible.

I loved having the ability to quickly send and receive feedback on videos that needed to be turned around quickly.

What I like most about slope is the ease of access to old creative. Whenever I need to reference something it is easy to find because of how organized the system is.

The ability to quickly share the video and receive feedback while having it marked on the exact moment of the video is a great feature.

No thumbnail options, the client wants to see this before it goes live so why don't you have this implimented.
