Aesthetix CRM
Overall I love Aesthetix CRM, I signed up for the lead management and automation and love the systems capabilities.
PROSAesthetix onboarding was one of the best white glove services I've received. The training was made very easy and lots of helpful, useful features.
CONSI do not like the setup of email creations. It's not very easy and the process of creation seems out dated compared to softwares with templates like square and mail chimp.

no aide with system and very generic and too hard to figure out set up independently

Best CRM for our Industry
Provo experience has been exceptional. Yum. Boarding process was top-notch and the ongoing support has been best in class.
PROSMy favorite feature of Aesthetix CRM is ease of use. The marketing animation helps us stay on top and nurture our leads.
CONSAs a multiplication practice, we would like for it to be more customer able to accommodate multiple locations.

This was easier to use, and the workflow and automations are geared for my industry.

Sophisticated Platform!
My overall experience has been great. The Aesthetix team is very thorough through the onboarding process and hands on when it comes to solving problems. [sensitive content hidden] was absolutely amazing to work with. Since we have been live the customer service has been outstanding.
PROSI like that it has many functionalities compared to other industry CRMs. The automation is customizable. Marketing and lead management are 5 star.
CONSReporting could be improved, which is in process. Lack of ability to integrate with my EHR system.

Pure Medical Spa - BEST CRM EVER!!!!!
Overall our experience with Aesthetix CRM has been exceptional. While technology can occasionally present issues, we have encountered only minor glitches within their system. Since partnering with Aesthetix, our team has achieved enhanced organization, efficiency, and effectiveness in lead conversion and nurturing. As we continue to deepen our knowledge and understanding of the system, we are excited to embrace what the future holds. I wholeheartedly recommend this highly customizable, all-in-one solution for seamless client communications to organizations, regardless of their size.
PROSAs an organization, we believe that the most valuable aspect of Aesthetix CRM is the Lead Nurture environment we have brought to our new and existing clients. We have seen how this platform allows us to build customer relationships and increase our sales. The user-friendly interface, customizable templates and powerful automation features make Aesthetix CRM a great fit for our needs. We have found that it is easy to track our leads and measure our success with this tool. With the ability to segment customers into groups, target them with personalized messaging, and understand how they are engaging with us, we are confident in our lead nurture workflow now.
CONSOur with Aesthetix has had its share of challenges, as is often the case with onboarding processes. The main issue we've encountered revolves around the integration of our EMR (Zenoti) and Aesthetix APIs. Without seamless integration, utilizing Aesthetix to its full potential has been impossible.Initially, our usage of Aesthetix was limited to managing paid advertisement leads. However, as time progressed, we gradually expanded our utilization to encompass all incoming and outgoing communications. This expansion presented a unique challenge as we had two employees who were unfamiliar with CRM functionality, making it difficult for them to fully grasp and operate the system.While we acknowledge the bumps along the way, we remain committed to achieving optimal functionality and efficiency with Aesthetix.

A truly complete CRM
Precise tracking of lead to customer flow. Ability to tie final sales to leads/ campaigns. Lead contact automation. Multi channel CRM.
PROS[sensitive content hidden] at AEsthetix is amazing! She will help you easily migrate your data, and really set everything up for you. Plus she will take the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, and responds quickly to questions as you ramp up use of the platform. If you want software that will help you accurately track your sales pipeline from incoming lead to sale, this is it. Plus save your call center and front desk time by automating most of the lead contact tasks. After switching from Kustomer, I never looked back
CONSId like the incoming call features to be fully functioning.

Highly Recommend Aesthetix CRM
The support is phenomenal. The Aesthetix team does all the heavy lifting. They've made my job so much easier.
CONSPeriodic slow page load, but nothing major, and actually could be caused by my internet connection.
