Great quality, range of products, and customer service

They have been great partners overall. We've been tapped frequently to provide feedback —even in process meet and greets— and they are eager to refine their processes and service based on us. The quality of everything we have ordered has been top notch and they are proficient enough production-wise to fill in the gaps where we don't provide adequate specificity.

PROS

Brilliant has been tremendously responsive and flexible with our ever-changing needs —always quick to reply to email, provide us with custom-tailored catalogues and look books, and create design mock ups to help with approval.

CONS

The custom-tailored element of item curation can sometimes mean lots of back and forth to really hone in on the right range of price points. We've gotten better about being clear with what we need, how much we can spend, etc. to avoid this, but it would be great if there was a full online catalogue to work from for more items.

Brilliant is Brilliant

I have been so happy with my experience with everyone at Brilliant. From creative partners, support and technology everyone goes above and beyond to problem solve and find solutions that work for us.

PROS

I love the ease of ordering and tracking all our SWAG items as well as the creative support.

CONS

The only thing that comes to mind is the fees for holding merchandise in the company store is a little confusing.

I felt it was the best user experience, I thought the sales and creative teams listened and it had all the options we needed.

Brilliant is a brilliant company to work with!

Brilliant has solved all of our gifting problems. We can always count on them to help us recognize our staff for anniversaries, birthdays, holiday gifts and everything in between!

PROS

The quality of products are fantastic! They have a range of things to offer and always take great care of us. They listen to what we need and are very responsive. If there is an issue, they do whatever they can to make it right. I appreciate the wide variety of options and ease of ordering.

CONS

International shipping is really tricky. I know most of the issues we are having are not Brilliant's fault and they are doing what they can to get things where they need to go but this is a pain point for our company.

We were looking to globalize our gifting program and Brilliant has made this transition a breeze!

An absolutely Brilliant system for all of your gift and swag needs.

Our team at Brilliant has exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more fortunate enough to have gotten paired up with them.

PROS

I've been working with Brilliant for a little over two years now to manage our gift-giving and swag needs at the company. When we started our partnership with one another I was just a team of one, but having the experts at Brilliant made me feel like I was running with a team of five. Their kindness, expertise, willingness to go the extra mile and keep things organized is unmatched. Whether I hit a creative block or had a shipping change, they were right there to help guide the way and make things right.Brilliant's dashboard is easy to use, easy to maintain and shows you all of the things you need to see without the fluff and distraction. It's one of the best user experiences I've had in the swag realm and it enables us to be lean and accurate, without losing our creative touch. It's difficult to list all of the pros you get when partnering together, but ultimately what sits at the top is their collaboration. At the end of the day you could order any number of shirts, pens, specialty items, etc., but what really counts is the people that are there for creative input and good conversation (shout-out to [sensitive content hidden]!). To have the privilege to know one another on a first-name basis and to know they've got our best interests in mind is what's solidified that they're the best in the business.Corporate gifting for humans, by humans, for an authentic human experience. You can't beat it.

CONS

As I mentioned before, we're a lean team running with Brilliant. We haven't totally explored all of the capabilities that we know of, but are actively building out better systems of approval and cooperation at our company for gift-giving. That said, the only "con" I can think of is not having better access up-front to live reports or analytics of what we've produced and the budgets to help small teams like ours future-proof our flow.

Brilliant is brilliant when it comes to employee swag management!

We've been working with Brilliant over the last almost 4 years and it has been a very positive experience. Our account manager, Dan, has been a great support for our needs. We enjoy working with him and look forward to our continued partnership!

Brilliant Review

PROS

Brilliant is extremely user friendly. If I ever do have an issue or need help understanding how to do something the support team always solves it in a timely manner. [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing to work with and is always fast to respond. The product we receive is quality and having brilliant store and ship out our swag has saved me a lot of time and energy. I never have to be worried about if the package will get there or if someone gets the wrong size because brilliant takes care of that! Brilliant truly has end to end service and I am extremely grateful to work with the team.

CONS

I personally do not have any cons about Brilliant. Anytime I have run into an issue the team is able to fix it within days or most of the time day of.

Reason for choosing Brilliant

Originally, we had would order our swag, bring it to the printing company for our branding, bring the swag back to our storage unit, package the swag, then ship it out ourselves. This was extremely time consuming, so my former colleague was looking for a solution and found Brilliant!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

PROS

Brilliant has it all. Incredible customer service, an impressively large and high-quality inventory base to choose from for employees/prospects/partners, an easy-to-use interface, and more. I've especially enjoyed working with [sensitive content hidden] from Brilliant who's helped with executing demanding projects in such a short period of time. Moving forward, I'm confident this platform will forever change the way we can easily distribute swag to our audiences. If you're looking for a true white glove service to deliver quality products - this is it!

CONS

While the interface is easy to use, it's somewhat lacking in user capability. Without users having the freedom to personalize branding in the backend, you end up relying on the Brilliant team to make simple changes.

So thankful for Brilliant!

PROS

As a startup, we have events and swag needs pop up quickly and [sensitive content hidden] always rises to the challenge, while being transparent about what’s possible on tight timelines. So far, I haven’t requested any item Brilliant couldn’t procure and it is so helpful to have one centralized swag provider and platform. In that past, I’d have a swag platform, I’d have some swag in our office, and then I’d also order from outside vendors when a platform didn’t offer more creative items, and this made it hard to keep track of everything. Brilliant is easy to use and items stocked in your store ship super fast. I highly recommend Brilliant and [sensitive content hidden] is our hero!

CONS

Its often hard for me to find the history of my bulk sends within the app.

Reasons for switching to Brilliant

A main reason I switched was the ability to choose items with short lead times and the quick shipping on in stock items in our warehouse.

Brilliant is Great for Events and Easy to Work With

Overall experience has been great-- the Brilliant team is so responsive. Whenever we come across a problem, the team is so quick to help resolve and come up with a solution.

PROS

The reason I chose Brilliant over other vendors was because of their warehouse and ability to store/ship gifts to/from different locations. We have events all across the country weekly that we want to be able to send our branded swag to, and Brilliant always delivers. I also love the "preferred gift" feature where clients can select their favorite gift from the email Brilliant sends out.

CONS

Sometimes prices can get pretty high, and they don't always have what we want in stock.

Love using Brilliant!

Brilliant offers a great service and I look forward to working with them any chance that I get.

PROS

Brilliant makes sourcing products so easy. I share a few ideas that I have and Brilliant will present me with whole look book with options in various price ranges to choose from. It is very easy to send them a graphic to have any product customized with your logo/design.

CONS

Their items can sometimes be a bit pricey.

Our creative partner, [sensitive content hidden], is FANTASTIC to work with. He works within our budget and his recommendations are top notch. Our lawyers and summer associates have enjoyed the swag we've ordered through Brilliant with [sensitive content hidden] help. The Preferred Gift option is such a simple way to send out swag without having to compile names, addresses, etc. Brilliant has been so easy to use and I can't recommend them enough!

We have wonderful Brilliant staff that works with us! Reply quickly to any email. It's very obvious they care about giving top notch service.Having the ability to keep our inventory in a warehouse means the world! Since we are remote/traveling often, we would be so stressed dealing with shipping. It saves us money too.

CONS

I wish y'all put your production time for each product (estimated, even in weeks would help!) so we can get an idea of what would be best to buy for different occasions

Brilliant's staff is quick to respond to any and all requests, provides suggested options, and clearly communicate processes and timelines. The dashboard to pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate!
