It's good but not best need more notifications on user dashboard

The service response, there are many incidents that I have faced over the 5 years of working with Meritto CRM, they have unique on time service assistance.
CONSIn the payment integration method, sometimes we have multiple time payment failures may be due to integration or any other reason.

know more about NPF
i like how the things are customized to users needs. A good CRM and data management tool. it works best with exotel.
CONSWhile handling the long call, half of the details are filled. but, while on the call NPF logs out automatically, making it difficult to find the lead and update the information. Pop up for calls work very rarely making it difficult to find lead as call hits. some time NPf fails to generate leads, which is being more frequent now. And on heavy call flow this becomes a major issue

Excellent Lead CRM with good service and prompt solutions
All in all, it's good. Does what it says it will do on the can, and goes many steps further.
PROSDesigned specifically for Form management for colleges and schools, NPF is really good at doing what it does. Over the years, it has been expanding its niche and can now handle the entire chain from lead generation, assignment, nurturing and application to interview and assessment, offer dispatch and acceptance as well as token fee in one single package.
CONSSome features feel redundant or pointless. Login sessions time out really quickly. It has a checkbox for "Remember me on this computer" during login, but leave your session untouched for 30 mins and you get logged out.Sometimes, working with large numbers of data, it can get bogged down and slow. Sometimes, this could be avoided if search and reassignment rules were changed.

Overall experience has been great
PROSIt is quite easy to manage leads here and find them when required, data are well maintained , admission tracking, lead management all is good. The quick add option to add leads is quite helful.

Review On Nopaperforms
Product is Good, Overall experience is also good.
CONSCustomer Service members change often in one admission campaign, on every change the person needs to be briefed regarding the back story which make the process slow causing delay.Also they should be open for tech integrations with multiple tools, as they say they are committed for university success. Rather then charging for every integration and every new feature.

A good admission Suite
my experience is fantastic with this suite, very user friendly.In single line it provide the platform with all solution.

I really like this app but it can be improved for the reminders part as well as calling feature
Not really good, not really bad. If the above mentioned changes can be made then I think it would be really good to use this app.
