Ability to run reports for the Relocation Department.

The product is easy to use and if we ever have any questions Constellation is ready to offer one-on-one virtual or phone training.

I like all features. I would love to have a mobile application to make it easy to enter or search for data/reports while out of the office setting.

Overall, this prints reports that are clear and concise without needing to input days of information.

The search function and the "Duplicate" checker are great tools to ensure working is done as it should be, without doing double work.Auto saving comments without needing to click "save" is a great feature.

If you copy and paste notes from one system to another, it will copy that in the same format.Although this doesn't change anything with the system or it's functionality, different fonts on different comments is not as easy on the eyes.

Tech support has been good.

Constellation1 is still a work in progress. Once the bugs are fixed, it should be able to manage lead files easily.

The visual aspect of each file is difficult to see. It jumps around when moving the cursor. Also, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see what shows on the right. That's very awkward.

It's been a little bumpy switching from ReloSepc but we are almost there!

Lead Management. Support when something is not quite right. Willingness to update the program to make is more user friendly.

Nothing really, now. Issues are getting attention and fixed. Not so much in the past.

Overall we are happy using it as a referral system. We don't use it for any other functions currently.

I really like the organization of both our incoming and outgoing referrals

Difficulty finding where to start when adding in a referral. Would like to be able to customize (or hide) some of the fields.

I think the format of ReloSpec is easy to navigate and use to manage referrals
