The most attractive feature of this program is the ability to find people's contact information instantly from LinkedIn. You don't have to waste time scouring databases in the hopes of finding the appropriate individual. This program eliminates that problem and enables me to have the most effective in terms of outreach. I strongly advise you to use this.

The dashboard interface, in my opinion, is a little shabby. The text is too small, and I had to zoom the webpage to make it easier to view the text. The quota or credit for running the service in this software is too few and has daily limitations.

My experience has been fantastic. I have used the software to get the emails I have always wanted. It's a great product and super easy to use.

The software would be better if i could start getting more mailboxes because not all mailboxes can be checked.

The product gave good results most of the time

The time to receive the email was too long some times hours upon hours. I paused my subscription during the Covid 19 pandemic. Once I returned to the office I wanted to cancel my subscription. The Auto renewal was set to 23-th of May. On 6-th of May I decided to cancel it but couldn't find it in any directory or link on the website. I hit by mistake the unpause button and was immediately charged 58.8$ and my subscription was renewed until 6/6/2020. I didn’t want the service and I’m not intending to use it. It was done by a mistake and lack of option to cancel my subscription before unpausing it. So I turned immediately to support in chat, then followed it by phone call, then got an email basically saying it's your problem we are not going to refund you. I'm done with this product

I like that I can acquire the emails of clients I am targeting. 60% of the time the emails are correct.

That all of the emails are not correct and then I have to go searching for the correct emails. Also, when the emails are not correct, I still lose the credit.

I am very satisfied with all concept, it is very helpful in finding lead that i need to make business.

Maybe have a smaller financial packages for very small firms or private persons.For example, me and my collegue are the only one who has a need for searching conacts in marketing field, and we make few searches a day, we can not spend all of credits, they can only be switched from month to month

So many times I cannot find a contact's updated email. Their LinkedIn email address is typically outdated. When I click on the Getemail extension, within seconds, I have the new, updated email.

Aside from the very few emails, I couldn't find, I could not find any frustrating touchpoints for what my purpose was. I feel the Visual Design is a little outdated. The 11pt text is a little small. There may or may not be accessibility issues laying out green against red elements
