Love it.

Definitely appointment reminders.

PROS

I like how you can set it and forget it for the text reminders.

CONS

I didn't like when we had an issue where none of our review texts were getting to our customers, and we didn't get a new review for a couple months, and we figured out what was going on, and no one from Mechanic Advisor realized that was happening, or looked into in until we brought it up.

Easy to use

PROS

Easy to use. The automated responses with scheduling is a breeze. Mechanic advisor coming up with promotional text and emails is beyond helpful. Texting back and forth is a huge plus.

CONS

Some of the reminders they send are incorrect

Customer Retention & Communication

Responsive customer service, their marketing team designs and sets up email & direct mail campaigns which have really helped drive business to our shop

PROS

It is easy to use, it allows me SMS message my customers singly or in groups, it follows up on unsold work, with thank yous after work performed. An all around great product

CONS

THere was a glitch in it sweeping my emails and getting all the customers into their database. TOok some time to make it work.
