Poltio X Hopi Partnership

It is important for us to understand our customers therefore, we use Poltio’s SaaS platform to gather zero-party data through interactive contents. Other than interactive surveys, we also use Poltio to create customer satisfaction surveys to improve our operations. To this day, we created contents such as gift finders, friendship quizzes, customer satisfaction surveys, incentivized test contents and many more.

PROS

What we like the most about Poltio is that it meets all our survey needs. This is very important for us, as it gets very chaotic when we need to contact different vendors for different surveys. Working with one survey provider that knows all your needs comes with benefits such as suggestions from their side on creative survey ideas. Also, I think it is a must to mention Poltio’s team. They are very dedicated, proactive and responsive. We really feel like we are part of the same team. Moreover, they recently renewed their platform and I can say that the new platform has really eased our way around.

CONS

We didn’t encounter any notable problems with the platform. We are satisfied with the service we obtain. One thing that is worth mentioning is that the platform doesn’t allow for multiple logins through a single account. In my opinion, supporting different user levels would also be a valuable asset for companies.

Great tool for engagement via Instagram Stories and lead generation! Very helpful team!

In our vertical, creating engaging content on social media is difficult and we didn't have any 1st party data on our consumers. We use Poltio quizzes to engage our followers periodically on social media and gather 1st party PII (email / mobile number). We also use Poltio surveys to understand and regularly gather feedback from our end consumers and distributors.

PROS

We use Poltio's quiz module to create monthly, incentivized competitions via our Instagram page. I like that it's a native-like experience embedded in IG stories. It's a great way to grow followers (we grew from under 10K followers to 70K since we started quizzes) and gather PII (email/phone number data). It's also great that the PII data collected can be segmented using quiz responses. I also like that it's a one-stop shop. In addition to quizzes, we also do surveys on Poltio to gather feedback from customers and distributors.

CONS

I didn't encounter significant issues with the platform.

A must-have tool for e-commerce websites!

One of our top priorities when designing our new website was to suggest the product or products they require by asking them a few quick and effective questions in categories where we offer a wide range of products and where it is difficult for our users to find the product they require. We were able to fully meet this need by collaborating with Poltio.

PROS

What I like most is the solution-oriented and positive approach of Poltio’s team. Whenever we have an idea or a need, we find solutions quickly or come up with suggestions when we get in touch with the Poltio team. In addition, thanks to the flexible structure of the platform, they see all our survey and interaction needs in different fields. Thanks to the different theme settings, when we want to use the same content in our other brands, we can offer a native experience to our users with different views.

We have a KPI to position our app as a data and insight engine for all Pepsico brands. With Poltio tool we as Pepsico Turkey:-Created in-app interest surveys to understand the interests and daily habits of our app owners and we segmented them into different interest groups according to their responses.-Created in-app insights surveys to take answers from our specific brands to shape our brand's future marketing activities.-Created feedback surveys to measure the satisfaction level of our existing app users.

Team:They have a really productive team, they are highly motivated to drive value to their consumers. They are aware of our business problems and expectations and always suggesting to the point solutions and alternatives.Tool capability:Platform is easy to use and easy to embed into companies' digital assets. This tool helped us our in-app user engagement and user data enrichment KPIs successfully.

Impactful Outcome from The Product Finder for E-Commerce Client

I've used Poltio for an e-commerce client I've had. We were able to customise the product finder according to the client's product categories. With the support of the product finder, client's average order value has increased 60% where cart abandonment rate went down 15.7%.

For the best service, we need to listen our customers. With Poltio we can create different types of surveys and understand our customers needs. With their insights, we create our annual marketing plans.
