Take care of the sale and development of e-store with QuarticOn

By using QuarticOn software e-store can improve AOV, AVC and OCR.

PROS

The software helps users of e-shop finding the right product thanks to applying AI and machine learning. From the company perspective it helps reducing bounce rate. It is fast to implement and scalable.

CONS

Text message in marketing communication is missing.

Quarticon does the job! A great AI based recommendation and personalisation engine for ecommerce

With Quarticon I boost my online sales thanks to an easy access to AI personalisation with well trained machine learning algorithms on many eCommerce shops.

PROS

embedded AI algorithms for product recommendation, embedded e-mail tactics for ecommerce with product recommendation: abandoned cart, abandoned browsing/retargeting, automatic RFM segmentation, Smart Search recommendation,

CONS

statistic visualization, A/B testing miss some features

Reason for choosing QuarticON

Quarticon as much more functionalities for less money (reco, smart search, RFM segmetation, marketing automation), has well trained AI and was dedicated for ecommerces purposes from the beginning.

Reasons for switching to QuarticON

Synerise product recommendations were blocked by adblocks as Synerise in basic version was based on 3rd party cookies only. Quarticon is based on 1st party cookies so the increase in sales was significant. I also missed Smart Search feature in Synerise. Nevertheless A/B testing was slightly better in Synerise.

The software is not working

As compensation for not working services, they promised us a reduced fee, it didn't happen. The discount was only applied to one invoice after many comments on our part. We have repeatedly reported the desire to terminate the contract early and we have not received a reply. Overall a tragedy.

PROS

Despite many assurances from the support, the software does not work as it should. The recommendation system does not work at all for 12 months.

CONS

it just doesn't work. Despite the assurances, the system was not improved.

Reason for choosing QuarticON

Because the maintainer has promised an amazing increase in sales. Everything turned into an nightmare after the contract was signed.

Profitable recommendation system

PROS

Very effective and tailored recommendations on product pages + the ease way of their implementation and smart search with autocomplete correcting mistakes.

CONS

What is supposed to work simply works - product recommendations sell, and the search engine helps customers find products faster.

My experience with Quarticon

PROS

I like machine learning, which can improve every day, and versatility of use. In addition, it is surprisingly easy to deploy.

CONS

Quarticon can currently personalize the web, search bar and newsletters. I'm looking forward to being able to get personalization into advertising on Facebook, for example.

Sometimes helpful but sometimes irritating

Quarticon can prove itself as a search engine in small and medium-sized online stores. Unfortunately, with a very diverse assortment and operation on many markets, I cannot recommend it - I am looking for a more comprehensive and modern search tool.

PROS

The search engine helps the customers of the online store to find the right products. The advantage was support in Polish and simple and quick installation. The management panel can be used independently.

CONS

Quarticon does not always return the results that would be required of it. After implementation, a lot of work needs to be spent on completing the appropriate synonym phrases. Quarticon also does not look good in terms of the pace of development of the tool itself - the other companies are doing more to match current standards.

Reasons for switching to QuarticON

Elastic search results were unsatisfactory. We were looking for a smarter search engine

Analytics and operation on BIG date is no longer the future. It's the present. The Quarticon recommendation engine has proven itself perfectly.

Easy to use. A lot of option. Friendly and pretty fast customer support.

CONS

There were some issues. Some segments didn not show up on site but I emailed a team and they make it work

Laco of support

Products is working as described althought there should be more option available for users regarding the control of where to display widget on devices.

PROS

Products is working as described, but often i have probles with broken widget and it took them days/weeks to fix it

CONS

Big issue with communication. I have to always follow up on my questions, recently i am waiting for 3 mo for reply, i tried to write email to every email i found on website - nobody took care of it

Great softwere, brings ROI with ease!

PROS

Ease of implementation, huge customization abilities and most of all - amazing ROI level :) In addition to reccomendation frames, we also use Smart Search, which also responds to our needs and and noticeably affects the revenue generated by the store.

CONS

No cons at all. One desired function is more scope for changes in Smart Search (especially in a front-end layer)

All in one - I like it

What I like the most is that they offer solutions tailored to your needs. They work quickly and efficiently, there is no problem with contact and customer service. Highly recommended.

PROS

The best part is that I have several products for my online store in one place.

CONS

You must have knowledge to implement specific solutions, but this is a standard for this type of product.

An easy-to-implement, effective tool for personalizing shopping suggestions. Great service. Adaptable to any form of frontend. Lots of customization options.

CONS

Unfortunately, the customization of some solutions takes a time.

It does the job quickly and easily. It is easy and friendly to use.

PROS

They have a good delivery engine and are easy to use and integrate.

CONS

Segmentation has too few options and I don't have an option to set the flow.
