Assisting in composing articles, posts etc. It enabled me to write several posts at once with a minimum of the usual effort I would otherwise employ.

What I liked most was that it was extremely user friendly.

The Persona creation tool took me by complete surprise. It was very accurate. These personas were a fantastic starting point to refine and nail for my market.
