High Conversions

PROS

Voyage is a great platform for SMS marketing. I have seen higher conversions than I've ever seen. List growth is super quick and easy, especially with the use of keywords.

CONS

The platform is not for small businesses who just want to send small text campaigns. It's designed for enterprise companies and requires time to get to know all the functionalities.

Reason for choosing Voyage

The team at Voyage is amazing. I get a white glove service to help me set-up the account and launch my first campaign. If I ever run into problem, they are available right away.

Great product

It has been great so far.

PROS

Voyage offers more deep e-commerce features than any other product on the market. The ability to segment, and create customized lead collections is like no other.

CONS

Still some work to do on data and tracking but they move fast and new features are released often with great customer service and they really listen to their customers.

Very Incompetent Team - STAY AWAY

Very poor experience. Worst mar tech platform I’ve used in the Shopify ecosystem.

PROS

Absolutely nothing. It’s bug ridden. And backend CMS is poor.

CONS

Everything about this software is poor. I’d stay far away from it. And their team is incompetent at answering why their technology constantly breaks.

Reason for choosing Voyage

Lower price but boy did we learn what a mistake using Voyage SMS was. I wish we stayed far away from them.

Conversational Commerce using SMS

PROS

You can build delightful subscriber experiences sending personalized messages across the customer lifecycle. Campaign and automations are easy to configure and use.

CONS

It is not easy to find the costs related to the various plans, it would be great to see this platform open up to other instant messaging channels

Good software for SMS marketing

PROS

Voyage has a good turnover for a SMS marketing that we are launching and it can send many SMS at time easily.

CONS

The learning curves is quite high with this software as many of the feature is very different than the feature that i have use on other software. After i am familiar with all the feature, everything is quite smooth.

Awesome service, awesome people

PROS

I love the ease of Voyage mobile — the first day I was playing around in the dashboard I already understood how to set up my campaigns. Since then, the functionality of the program has only become better and more sophisticated, as a result of a re-design. It truly feels that their team takes all feedback to heart and constantly find ways to grow and improve their service.

CONS

I had trouble with the reporting side of the dashboard in the beginning, but this was re-designed and improved after only a few months. They are a fairly new brand, so we knew we'd be learning and growing alongside them in the beginning :)

An intuitive SMS platform with market segmentation

PROS

Voyage Mobile's functionality for segmenting audiences and scheduling SMS-based marketing campaigns is unparalleled. With near-instantaneous engagement feedback and remarkable conversion rates, this platform is a no-brainer for marketing decision makers in ecommerce.

CONS

Improvements to the speed of the user interface could be made but updates seem to be progressing rapidly and I'm sure they'll have these issues resolved in the near term.

Voyage

Voyage has given us a huge opportunity to leverage SMS marketing as a key channel in our mix, driving great ROAS and CTRs.

PROS

Voyage offers both one-time and drip SMS campaigns, plus a wide variety of opt-in methods. List segmentation has also been incredibly valuable.

CONS

Sometimes the UI can be a little counter-intuitive, but the team is always making improvements for ease-of-use and better functionality.

Holy Conversion!

PROS

We have seen a precipitous decline in the efficacy of our outbound email drip campaigns. This platform has been highly effective at getting high conversion for our eComm products and engaging with our best customers.

CONS

Some feature sets forthcoming, but customer team is more than willing to find short term work arounds.

Growing Platform That Cares About Their Customers

PROS

Very attentive support team that really helps with strategy, modal design and more. And the product functionality just plain works. We've seen SMS take the lead over email since starting to use Voyage.

CONS

Some features/tools are really best left to the Voyage team to configure.

A growing company that cares for its customers

PROS

The team at voyage has been very hands on with the setup and implementation of text campaigns. At every step of the way they have provided spot on advice and worked to help us achieve our goals! They have also worked with us on new features as they have built out the offering.

CONS

We joined early on and the product was a little feature light. But as I said, they have worked hard and fast to build a very robust platform that now we can't live without.
