Marketing automation made easy

I can't speak highly enough of their responsive customer support and product team. Truly a white-glove experience.

PROS

It's simple and easy to use with just the features you need. Bang out landing pages in minutes, run split tests, automate email campaigns, create referral campaigns, etc. We've been using it for 3+ years and it only gets better.

CONS

I'd like to see a Zoom integration for webinar leads (not a must-have because we can easily upload webinar leads + they have a Zapier integration) as well as a webchat widget.

Reason for choosing Wishpond

Prior to Wishpond, we were using different tools for things like email, landing pages, forms, etc. Wishpond helped us integrate it all at a reasonable cost and low mental overhead. It's easy to use and train people on. Plus I can't speak highly enough of their responsive customer support and product team. Truly a white-glove experience.

Loving Wishpond!

Wishpond helps us solve almost every aspect of our inbound lead generation and automated email marketing. I am extremely pleased with the results.

PROS

Having the landing pages, lists, and forms on the same platform as the email automation is a game changer. What used to take two or three different pieces of software can easily be done on one. The landing page editing tool is really, really good. It's easily the best one I've seen on a landing page building platform.

CONS

The biggest drawback is that I can't use my top-level-domain. I have to use a subdomain for my landing pages. Integrating tracking codes onto individual page assets is difficult, and sometimes the javascript doesn't play nice.

Reason for choosing Wishpond

Wishpond had the capability to handle more aspects of inbound lead collection and email automation than any other software I tried. It also had the best landing page editor.

Reasons for switching to Wishpond

I actually switched from using several solutions. I was specifically looking for a platform that would combine features so I didn't need to rely on so many others.

I didn’t sign up, and they stole my money!

After my sales presentation with Wishpond, I am mediately got off the zoom call to search their reviews. The reviews were so bad, I immediately called them back and told them I did not want to proceed and do not charge my card. I called them back within 10 minutes of us ending the zoom call. They charged my card anyway and lied to my credit card company. I've spent two months fighting to get my money back. They charged my card anyway and lied to my credit card company. I've spent two months fighting to get my money back via the dispute process with my credit card company. They lied and told my credit card company they disclosed a no refund policy. Which was not true and I was able to provide my credit card company documentation and the numerous emails back-and-forth between me and the sales people showing there was no cancellation policy, listed in their agreement, nor in the numerous emails we sent back-and-forth as I was fighting to get them to give me my money back. I ended my relationship with Wishpond before it ever began, they provided absolutely no services to me from the moment we end of that zoom call until this day. And yet they still are fighting to keep my money when no services have been rendered, and they have spent zero amount of time Marketing, or even communicating with me to set up the marketing.THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!! Don't use them!!

Efficient, Helpful, & Productive

They are helping me automate some tasks. They are creating a workable landing page. They are helping greatly to focus my seo.

PROS

Having a team to work with who does the tasks we're working on regularly has been very helpful for my small business. They can do things quickly and easily so that I can focus on what I do best. Their customer service has been excellent. Every person I've worked with has been very supportive and helpful to resolve things and keep everything running smoothly.

CONS

Clarity of communication can be hard sometimes with distance and time zones, as well as having to get my goals and ideas into workable tasks for others.

Easy to use Landing Page Maker!

Great experience so far, I often have questions and the support team always is ready to help us.

PROS

So easy to create a new page and set-up a follow-up email, pop-up box etc. Everything is very customizable.

CONS

The forms could improve, such as having pre-existing fields such as a list of countries.

Reasons for switching to Wishpond

It was quite hard to use Leadpages and create a page that quickly that looked nice. There was too many obstacles with spacing and formatting.

Has great potential, but the platform hasn't been updated for years and years (over 5 yrs)

Average. Once I got support to help me setup the automations, it worked flawlessly and the campaigns for my clients worked amazingly.

PROS

The landing page builder is very good, easy to use, you can create practically any design you want as it has an open design, where you're not restricted to blocks. It's an open canvas system. once you get the email automations setup the system works great.

CONS

Wishpond was one of the first platforms within this space of CRM's, automations, but unfortunately it's not a leader in this space at all, because it hasn't kept up and innovated, my guess is, it has some huge accounts keep the cashflow going, and they've gotten comfortable. The worse thing about Wishpond is the support. The support is atrocious. They always take long (48hrs and sometimes longer) to get back to you. The platform is so difficult to use (email marketing automations and triggers specifically)They need to update the platform the UI, we are in 2023, and every other platform (their competitors) in this space, as continually innovated and made things easier to use. Wishpond as stayed the same. This is fine, if the platform was easy to use, but it's not. Im very well versed with SAAS products so I have so much experience using CRM's so it's not like I'm not a techy person.

Super personal service and support

The experience was fine throughout the time I was subscribed. Nice people to work with. Good support when needed. For the right business it can be a good agency to do the marketing and sales funnels.

PROS

I got superb support and service from my contact person [sensitive content hidden]. Throughout the time I was with Wishond they handled everything, all the tech stuff, all the changes, all the integrations. Every question was answered. I even had an issue a few months after my subscription ended, and still got the same wonderful personal service.

CONS

For my business we did not manage to convert positive ROI, after 8 month we decided to stop the subscription. The sales pitch presentation was very polished, when we discussed the narrow margins, and how it may be difficult to reach positive ROI. Overall the sales campaigns did not even break even. So we had to stop the subscription. I new as a business owner I was taking a chance. The hyped presentation made me hope it would be a long lasting subscription.

It all comes down to support -- and there is virtually none.

Product good. Support has been one of the worst I've experienced. This is not to say the staff is not good, they are, but they are understaffed on the support side, so wait times are very long.

PROS

Wishpond has a great software and the ease of use to create campaigns, design landing pages is a huge bonus.

CONS

If you need to get held for any reason, you should consider yourself on your own, their support is virtually nonexistent. I've waited more than 10 hours for a reply (when the typical wait time was said to be 2-4 hours). What makes it worse, if you get a reply, the wait time between replies is not incoming to be 30 minutes or more. This makes for solving issues timely virtually impossible. So hope you don't have any issues and your fine. But if you do, you'll be sorry!

Crook of a Company

Communication with their development team wasn't the fastest, and I often had to take the driver's seat to ensure they delivered items on time. Oftentimes they fell behind, or took days to troubleshoot urgent issues with their platform. The $7,800 they refuse to return to me is the worst part. Absolutely zero business ethics from this company.

PROS

I like the concept of the viral contest platform

CONS

They mistakenly auto-renewed a contract before even finishing the work on the initial contract, and racked up $7,800 in charges before I noticed. Now they refuse to return the money because I didn't ask "in writing" for them to not renew the contract. What's worse, they refuse to even discuss this with me, leaving their sales rep to just stonewall and tell me that's how it is.

Avoid using them for Marketing Campaigns

1. I did not receive what I paid for, 1 campaign every 2 months. 2. I did not receive any phone numbers to contact staff. 3. The quality of the images in the ads and emails were poor. 4. Not all of the emails in the campaign were delivered. 5. The quality of writing in the mails was poor. Very general and grammar issues as if the individual did not speak English well. I rewrote 80% of those submitted to me. 6. One email went out without the agreed revisions. Very embarrassing. 7. They continue to charge my credit card even after I revoked that authorization, cancelled that credit card and they terminated the agreement. 8. The company terms do not appear in the agreement/contract you sign. The contract renews unless you request it to stop 2 months in advance. There are no termination terms in the agreement. 9. I had to insist on them adding their contact form to my webpage. 10. The level of expertise just wasn’t there. I was educating my administrator on when to deliver emails, what quality content is, etc.

CONS

I did not really use the software much as I hired them to do marketing campaigns for me. I found the lead list cumbersome to use.

I was doing my own campaigns, but since I have very little extra time it has=d been months since my last efforts.

Easy to Use, Powerful and Affordable

I use it for landing pages, weekly emails, registrations for webinars.

PROS

It has all the features you could want in a marketing automation solution without being complex. I'm an owner of a company and am not a marketing admin expert but I can make it work for me. It's also one I can afford. Most are way too expensive for a small business owner.

CONS

It can sometimes take support a day to get back to me.

Great start, going well so far!

My account manager and the team have been helpful and usually quick to respond to my queries. Haven't been using it for that long, but looks good so far.

PROS

It's very easy to use and very easy to learn how to operate and getting it to do what i want seems to be pretty straight forward so far.

CONS

I haven't been using it that long yet, about a month, and so not being that familiar with everything means i haven't had chance to try everything. What i have used seems fine so far, but we will see how we get on.

This was by far not the best experience

Their staff I worked with led me on to believe they were actually going to help me and be of assistance to me but that was not the case. I was better off doing it myself without their help. It set me back several months. Waste of money.

PROS

It wasn’t a scam, that’s for sure. There were actual qualified people helping me and putting together a marketing strategy for me. I appreciated that as well as they’re communication skills

CONS

My advertising account on Facebook was hacked under their supervision. They were very passive in helping me resolve it. My main goal was having a marketing strategy implemented with automation and that failed.

Awesome Features

It's very convenient to use since I am working from home. I get to help my employer by entering details to the landing page where we track leads and sales. Itss very helpful and made the company keep going strong until now.

PROS

Its very easy to use and is user friendly. You will be able to choose on how to grow your business by the features Wishpond offers.

Excellent Support with Wishpond (so far)

So far, so good, but I am a month and a half into marketing and the products have yet to be rolled out in the proposed marketing program. It does take time to set up everything, but so far I've just been paying a monthly fee with no income filtering back from product sales.

PROS

The verdict is still out with regard to its effectiveness in marketing my products, but I can saw that Wishpond's help center has been great so far. I appreciate how the representatives follow-up on issues. That is a very important benefit.

CONS

Not the easiest to use for those who are migrants to computer technology.

Difficult to get things going from there (intent was good and it was no scam, but just had issues working from so far away).

Great Customer Service, Easy to Use Platform

PROS

Working with Wishpond has been great, [sensitive content hidden] has been very attentive and efficient in dealing with all of our requests and putting out great content for our social media advertising campaigns. Conversions through recent campaigns have been good. The platform is also very easy to use with metrics clearly visible at a glance.

CONS

The difference in working in timezones which can be tricky to setup meetings at a convenient time.

Automation Made Easy

I love working with Wishpond. They paid attention to detail and made sure to implement more services than I initially asked for to ensure that I get the most leads. Each feature was throughly explained to me.

PROS

I appreciate how everything was broken down to me to explain how things work and how I can add more services. From the very first meeting with Mat, to my onboarding specialist, Jannessy. They have been so helpful in explaining, clarifying, and changing the services to accommodate for my needs.

CONS

The user interface is not as simple to navigate. I had a full on session to walk through the Wishpond dashboard, even though I'm great with technology, this dashboard wasn't the easiest to understand and the cost of other services isn't listed in dollars which can be confusing.

Great Platform for Marketing and Lead Generation

PROS

Wishpond is incredibly easy to use. The templates are beautiful and offer endless customization options. I'm not a techie and I figured it out quickly. I opted for the hybrid package where the team assists with the first campaign. They're really great and super responsive. I tried another platform before and it was a lot more expensive and not nearly as good. I'm launching my campaign this week so I will follow up with a review once that's done and be generating some leads. Overall I highly recommend Wishpond if you're looking to grow your business through outbound marketing.

Great experience and easy to manage

We were able to get the campaign up and running in just a few hours rather than a few days and the ease of use from the UX side made it easy for our followers to sign up and participate.

PROS

We love how easy it is to implement a campaign and how it organizes the content and the data on the back end to make it easy to manage. We also love how easy it is for the user to take part in our contests now!

CONS

It gets a little pricy as you scale up and this software makes it so easy to sign up for the user that your usage will go up quickly.

Great product!

PROS

We've had a great experience with Wishpond! We have used this for multiple video voting contests. When comparing other products we ultimately selected Wishpond because it was the most user-friendly while still having fraud filters that we absolutely deemed necessary. We've run contests on multiple platforms and we have had the least issues with Wishpond. It's also very easy to set up and any time we've run into an issue during set up, Wishpond was quickly available to assist us by chat or by email.

CONS

While Wishpond is incredibly easy to set up, it is a bit limited in customization.
