  • Pros

  • What I like best about this product is that it is easy to use and the vendor is very helpful.
  • My staff found it quite simple to use, and I was so happy that it did not slow my work down, a fear that I had. I must say that in terms of cost and value, it could not be better.
  • Cons

  • The company has not hired enough support personnel nor have they trained their staff to focus on customer service. We've experienced long hold periods and a frequent lack of followup on open tickets.
  • I wish we could have implemented a bit quicker, although that is partly our fault in being indecisive.

  • Hands down the most outstanding customer service.
  • I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.
  • Cons

  • M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
  • Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.
