Happy Customer

QMinder at the Kit Store
Since we started using QMinder we have seen an improvement in the interaction and usage of our department. Confused staff and students are a thing of the past with everyone aware of how to approach the queue that builds up at our department on a daily basis.
PROSQMinder allows my department to ensure students are able to have peace of mind that they're in a real queue and will be dealt with by a staff member promptly. Having images of the staff members also means the students know who to approach at the department. The stats function allow us to review our staff rota and identify any pinch points in our service to ensure we're delivering a well staffed service.
CONSI would like to see more options for opening and closing times, currently, due to our working hours, when we close QMinder, some students believe us to be closed for the entire day, even if we're just breaking for lunch. The ability to personalise and edit the messages displayed on the TV screen would be a huge assistance to my department too.

Being able to get notifications when new patients are added to the que.
CONSEven though I only have one department line selected, I still get notifications for long wait times from other departments.

How Qminder works for us
I personally like Qminder and am glad it is being used in our agency.
PROSThis product was implemented in our new facility in February. We see about 400-500 clients in our office on a weekly basis. The best thing about this product is it allows us to keep track of clients, reason for visit, also the feature of text to client is very helpful.
CONSCons would be a lot of our clients have learning deficiencies so it is difficult for some to navigate. They don't understand the reason for initials and to make sure they are watching their phones for notifcations. Maybe adding more features like additional languages.

A Great Queue & Waiting Line Management System!
This software is beautifully designed and super-easy to use. It has a ton of features and allows customization for the user needs of your organization. The company is very responsive to user problems and issues that arise on a daily basis, and their development team is amazing when it comes to updating the platform's look and functionality.
CONSI've previously worked as a software trainer and beta-tester and feel like I have very high standards for any software I use and I can honestly say that this platform is exceptional and has allowed our company to better serve the thousands of students we work with each year!

Competitive and customizable queue software
We are able to navigate the line in adoptions with ease, differentiating patrons from walk ins compared to appointments. It also allows an easy way to separate patrons based off of the animal they are interested in - dogs, cats, or rodents.
PROSThe desks, lines, clerks, customizable fields, and reporting that is involved is very user friendly from both the management and customer sides
CONSGlitches occur on the TV display, as well as the iPads themselves. There is great customer service that has been very helpful in these cases
Reason for choosing Qminder
The self service kiosk, capabilities of displaying wait times on our website, and the data reports from visitor history which also included average service time, average wait time and our ability to track conversions
Reasons for switching to Qminder
There was no iPad implementation, no visitor waitlist capabilities on the tv monitor, and no tracking or data reports from Qless

Innovative. efficient, and organized
Overall, i enjoy using qminder as it makes the process for checking in visitors much easier and organized. If I ever have an issue the customer service is very quick to respond.
PROSI like how easy it is to use and navigate the features available.
CONSSometimes when their are changes it is hard to figure out how to use them. However, the tutorials are helpful.

Best Decision
Since its implementation in our building, Q-minder has made our lobby operations easier, as well as more efficient. It has also aided in allowing me to better collect and analyze real-time data, especially being that it will create the graphs and layouts for you.

Qminder experience
This is the second time I use it for different businesses as administrator and every time I find something extra to do.
PROSIs a tool really really easy to use and you can make multiple service lines according to the business needs.
CONSThe option to link the app to google sheets is not as easy as it seems, I think it'd be better if you add the option to download the reports either google sheets or excel.

En mi experiencia, facilita en gran medida el registro de visitas y permite llevar un numero real de las visitas diarias, semanales y mensuales.
PROSSe me ha facilitado desde el principio para el registro de mis visitas y llevar seguimiento de mi desempeño de igual manera para verificar información a lo largo de mi turno
CONSLo que no me gusta es que el boton de jalar el turno y terminarlo esta en el mismo lugar, si por algun accidente das doble clic puedes llegar a terminar el turno apenas iniciado.

Great Queue Management Tool
Keep your customers organized in different lines, reorder, remove and put customers back into the queue after they've been called. Contact them via text message, open up customer's accounts straight from the Qminder tool and get powerful performance insight that are location based and individual performance insight.
CONSSometimes agents forget to mark customers as served and there's no way to edit their service time, which can affect the performance data.

Their customer service is great, the customer success manager offered a call to review all the features of Qminder with me to maximize the amount that we were paying.
CONSThey no longer support android devices so if you don't have apple devices you will need to do the switch.
