It used to be amazing
Great the first 5 years. Not that great after. Hard to reach them.
PROSI used to love rectangle. I got several doctors to switch to them but they were bought out by Private Equity and changed their fees and I lost all the savings we sued to enjoy.
CONSThey were sold and increased the cost by a lot.

Review of OfficeSafe
I no longer have to worry about finding training for certifications offered and included with OfficeSafe such as Blood borne Pathogens, Hazmat, and HIPAA. The ease of assigning training is quick and worry free.
CONSThe encrypted email function only lacks the ability to see what was sent in an email for review or reference.
Reason for choosing Rectangle Health
The worry of making sure we are in compliance is eliminated off my responsibility and it is easy to follow the guidelines within the software or to reach out to customer service for any questions or assistance. It's definitely worth the cost.

Recantangle when it works is good.
It has been okay. I am not sure sometimes if I want to keep due to scripts always needing to be rewrote when something goes on. All our offices have to call individually and sometimes wait, we don't have that time. If there was an update that messes our script up,we should be able to report it and then they should automatically fix all our other scripts.
PROSThe ease of use when the script is correctly put in.
CONSThe remote help can help very rude and snippy. You need to improve thier tone and how they work with people. Our office does not like calling them sometimes because of how they speak to them

It works with our EMR and crosses payments over better.

We wanted better crossover in our EMR, so we tried this since it works with our EMR.

Assistance needed
There are many benefits with OfficeSafe as long as it is used. This was our biggest problem. We have had the product for 2 years, but the person in charge was not using it or putting in the information required, so it was a loss of money for our practice.
PROSI had a meeting the other day to familiarize myself with the program as now I am in charge of it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], the Customer Experience Specialist, helped me tremendously. I have even emailed her a few times since that call for help and she always comes through for me. I am very pleased with the help and guidance I have been receiving with this product.
CONSI would like more guidance for writing my emergency plan--since this is new for me.

I was not one of the decision makers, but I feel that the doctor thought it was an excellent product for the cost.

Officesafe makes Hipaa compliance easy
I am able to keep all employees up to date with compliance as well as training new employees that have no idea what Hipaa compliance even is. I really liked the binder provided by Officesafe that we can refer to and make sure everyone is current.
PROSI liked the ease of signing up employees and having them complete training.
CONSAt first I had to kind of poke around the website blindly because during training we blasted through it pretty quickly. I had to learn my own way around the website.

Rectangle Health is easy to use!
Rectangle Health is easy to use and balance the credit cards at the end of the day.
PROSI like how easy it is to schedule payments that automatically process on a specific day or date.
CONSThere are no features that I feel are lacking.

Rectangle Health
I have only used rectangle health as I am newer at admin, but it is very easy and efficient to use.
CONSIt wants to do upgrades/updates often. I have tried to update and it fails occasionally.

Sloppy organization
It took me 3 months to close my account. They kept. Charging me between $88 to 102, without any charges being processed. I had sold the practice and they kept on $$$

Amazing Website for HIPAA
I am able to send confidential patient documents using the email software.
PROSThe product allows for us to send emails to patient without compromising any health data/info. It also helps when educating our office staff about HIPAA and how they can best protect patient information.
CONSThe software could be presented a little bit better when it comes to HIPAA information.

It’s good and useful, but could be better
That I’m able to keep track of BAAs and training certificates in the portal.
CONSIt’s difficult to know where things are and there seems to be a lot of information duplicated, so it makes me think I need to do more to have all of my bases covered, but after digging around for awhile, I realize I don’t.

Onboarding experience
Our office has just started using Office Safe. Our onboarding experience was extremely professional and simple. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] walked us through the HIPPA features. She was unexpectedly assigned to onboard our clinic and had to navigate a few new processes at her end, but executed flawlessly. OfficeSafe is fortunate to have a team member like [SENSITIVE CONTENT] on board!

CONSHaven't used this long enough to know where improvements are needed.

Great Application!
The software has made it possible for us to become compliant and stay that way. The customer support is easy to access and are quick to get your the answers you need.
PROSThis is an easy software to use and gives you step by step which makes it easier to know what you need and what is missing in order to be compliant.
CONSI'm not sure I know of any cons about this software, so far it has been a great resource to our office.
