  • I love that this is a local product, I feel good about supporting my peers.
  • Easy to use, easy to set up, use daily and nil major issues.
  • Cons

  • Once a clinical note has been entered it seems there is no way of modifying it or entering any additional information.
  • I don’t like how we have to pay extra for the two way sms.

  • What we love the most about TherapySync is that it is just for therapy services.
  • Our vendors love this product. I would recommend it to any contract company looking to streamline their systems.
  • Cons

  • Entering a referral but then receiving a call from a therapist to reset her password. I lost all my eval information and had to re-enter.
  • I dislike the cost (I don't know competitors). I know that for the low business use we have, it is sometimes a pinch to pay the rate we do.
