Very easy to set up and roll out, great support from their team and verifications were accurate and easy to read.

3rd party limits due to insurances not providing access.

Our overall experience with Zuub is very positive. They are such an innovative company, and consistently improving and making changes. So excited to see what the future holds for them and our relationship with them!

We love that Zuub is not only insanely user friendly on the patient end, but their customer service is truly outstanding in terms of providing support to providers. They will go above and beyond to make sure that we not only are getting the most use out of the software but they also add features for us when needed. And most importantly, we are able to send incredibly detailed invoices that we were previously having a hard time sending through our PMS. These have been a godsend for our billing dept.

We really dont have many complaints! The only thing I can think of us the sync time to our PMS. You do have to sit and wait a moment for things to update, but it's really not a painful wait.

Implementation of Zuub was easy, customer service is top notch. The complete Write back to Open Dental is the only real limitation/

There is not write back, completely, into Open Dental at this time. Cause some extra work for staff. We know they are working on it. Once this is completed my review will change.

We had an excellent experience with Zuub. We set out looking for a better, more time-effective solution for insurance verification and found it with Zuub.

Zuub was very easy to use and provided the information our office needed in a clear, concise format.

Zuub is not compatible with cloud-based practice management software.

We have loved it from day one - our patients are doing more treatment the same day because we know in real time - what the benefits are and what remains in their dental maximums! We also show more confidence with presenting treatment because of Zuub.

The onboarding was extremely personable - detailed yet easy to navigate. Increasing our daily production was the biggest surprise!

It’s a stretch to find something that we didn’t like yet - my only request so far was to have personal contact with on boarding vs using the online tutorial.

Zuub is a quick way to verify benefits while scheduling new patients and for reoccurring eligibility/verifications, it has saved so much time and human error. Zuub is an integral part of our office they keep up with the constant changes in the dental insurance world while listening to their customers questions or requests.

Would like a feature to search by patient insurance company, name and DOB. Sometimes patients don't have their sub ID.

We currently use Zuub for the insurance verification process. It has definitely saved us a lot of time on the phone with insurance companies and being more present with patients in front of us or calling. I am able to catch if a patient no longer has insurance sooner with the instant verification weeks ahead. The installation was also very seamless and everyone was very helpful and responsive when errors occurred.

The only thing I think that could be improved currently would be setting up a single page with frequencies and history rather than filling up that patient document center with all the information. We did edit what our particular verification should be but the options of what the different insurances share do vary on what we receive. We have continued to use our own breakdown sheet for it to be clear to all but all in all, Zuub has still saved a handful of time for verification.

We used Zuub to verify insurance for patients. Before Zuub this process was tedious involving going to each individual website to verify. Frequently we couldn't verify online and had to call the insurance company only to be on hold for long periods of time. We switched to Zuub and this process that had previously been a headache became much easier!

Some of the reports were difficult to understand or hard to find the specific information we were looking for.

I like how it cuts down my work time by helping me verify insurances.

We have been able to work with Zuub to make it work for our practice and our patients. It has been a great asset to our overall production and collections numbers and it's very comprehensive and easy to use.

Zuub has allowed us to streamline both sides of our patient experience. The set up of Zuub allows for patients to be presented with a comprehensive treatment plan with explanations of services as well as allowing us to send detailed invoices.

Honestly, the most difficult thing about Zuub was that the staff needed to change the way they input treatment into Eaglesoft in order for it to sync. After a little while it was smooth sailing and our patients felt much more informed about their treatment.

Customer support was very responsive and friendly. This is an excellent product especially for the price.

It's sometimes slow and doesn't verify all patients.

It has helped tremendously with the insurance verifications for our scheduled patients. Time spent on a phone call to an insurance company or logging into a website has been greatly reduced!

Zuub is wonderful. We love the verification of insurance! If the insurance can't be verified, we contact the patient. The system allows you to set how frequently you verify. We set ours to 3 days. It gives us a headstart

The information from some of the insurance companies is very limited. The limited information impedes efficiency.

Our office used to have someone spend all day verifying insurances and getting benefit breakdowns but that is a thing of the past now with Zuub. Nothing beats walking in to the office in the morning and having almost all of the verifications done before I even woke up that morning, and you can set them to be done days ahead of time as well to sort out any issues that may arise.

The best part of Zuub is the extremely responsive customer service, they are always willing to find a solution to all of my needs and are so friendly on top of that!

We don't have many issues with Zuub because anything we bring up they are ready to find a way to fix for us, and they are always working on making it better.

Benefit breakdown could be more detailed but that is not the fault of Zuub but rather the insurance company release of info to Zuub.

My overall experience with Zubb has been highly enjoyable, primarily due to the significant time savings it offers. The platform serves as a quick and efficient reference tool, allowing us to focus our attention precisely on the patients who require verification, sparing us the need to verify every patient indiscriminately.

The most impactful aspect of our experience with Zubb is the patient insurance verification feature. This feature stands out as a game-changer in our workflow, revolutionizing the way we handle insurance verifications.

The only thing I dislike is not being able to access all insurance companies for verification.

When we are short staffed, Zuub takes that additional load off of manually verifying insurance for ALL the patients. It does give us the benefit of know, at the very least, if the patient is active.

The thing I love most about Zuub is that it can verify multiple patients at one time.

The thing I like the least about Zuub is that there are several major Insurance companies that can not be verified, and that Zuub does not sync quickly enough with our PMS.

The office has increased outgoing calls after signing up with ZUUB . Zuub has saved us several hours per day!
