Extremely limited communications at startup. A walk-through by a learned employee would have been invaluable.

The mobile app integration is what persuaded me to give this solid solution a try.

The UI is clearly outdated and some of the admin tools appear to be from the 1990s, but aside from the obvious aging, most of it still works.

The ease of use of this software is as easy as drag and drop.

Looks good at first, but turns out to be VERY inflexible.

They are refusing to pay back my upgrade fee (which I could not use after a lot of time and money spend on trying to upgrade).

I am very impressed by the SEO capabilities that are built in to every aspect of their application. The interface for people to claim/add their listings and events is very good.

Graphic design good and very pleasing to look at. Excited by the fully responsive site feature, mobile app and by robust SEO integrated throughout the site.

So the operating system had nothing to do with it or not. It's hard to tell whether they're just not good, or they're unethical.

Well written directory source code, elegance, and easy to use. In addition, the great advantage is the mobile app integration.

One thing I really don't like is the limiting tool for people to upload images; people have issues so I'll have to get that custom change done.

The eDirectory programmers have been on time and on budget. They clearly care about their product which means they care about our product.

EDirectory has numerous restrictions on the licenses they sell making it extremely difficult for any outside developers to make the necessary changes.

They were likely trying to find a reason to ignore the bug report. I opened up my Windows machine and bamn the bug was right there.

However, when you scam people the only thing you can do is hold their money because you know they won’t come back.

Other than that though, people have found it easy to use so far. The blog tool is fairly basic and doesn't look as nice as, say Wordpress.

Good interface for both admin and users and those who want to add or claim a profile. Search function seems effective.

I highly recommend E Directory to anyone, it has been a great experience so far and i am confident it can only get better.

I find that i have been able to navigate and learn how to use the software with relative ease. The support team has been great.

The impressive qualities of eDirectory are numerous. I loved the rating system, the various ways you can add value to the customer while creating multiple revenue streams.

I have.not had the directory software long enough to review. I initially chose this product because of the search box ease of use.

They also wanted to pay AGAIN for upgrades I commissioned that were part of my orginal customisations.

The software is incredibly buggy. The custom development is of exceptionally poor quality and also the customisation team provide lazy and dishonest their quotations.

Having unlimited users meant that as our organization grew, our cost for the software *did not. Annual membership renewal is easy to set up and run.

The lack of a spreadsheet import can be a hindrance. Also, there's no way to copy merchandise or most other objects in the system, which would be really helpful when creating a lot of inventory.

The release of Portal 5.0 will be a great leap forward and the expansion of the INSIGHTS reporting tools is huge as well.

I formerly used MemberSuite and was relieved to have a powerful system with excellent reporting capabilities. Every system has it's strengths and REPORTING is the best part of MemberSuite.

We have been anxiously awaiting the roll-out of the new customer portal.

The ability to customize and the price point was perfect for us compared to other systems. The customer service is really good as well.

MemberSuite system has many features and functions that a typically association would need, but given limited resources, it can't specialize in specifics tasks.

Our implementation was terrible and we are still finding things that do not work or were set up incorrectly.

Virtually nothing integrated easily with the system. It has its own home-grown CRM.

Their sales pitch is good. There are a lot of ways to customize the software and, for the right association with a very complex organization is can be customized to be a great tool.

The reporting package is good and getting better and there is a new layer of reporting software that provides even more granular information.

Ability to integrate through a robust API. Only pay for the modules you use and need, with an unlimited amount of users.

The difference in getting switched over was immediate and a huge improvement for our employees and our members/customers.

Since switching to membersuite, we've brought all of these back in house, since membersuite's tools and functions are easily as good if not better than the vendors we would use.

I love my account manager [sensitive content hidden. He is the reason we haven't left yet.

I like that it is web-based so all I need is an internet connection and I can access our database from anywhere. I like the attentiveness of our customer success manager and the support team.

MemberSuite is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere. One of the best features for my place of employment is that it gives unlimited user access.

But there is no pipeline, no way to track communications with members,  and the plugin for outlook is no longer supported.

Lastly, members complain because it is not intuitive or easy for them to use.

I love my account manager Adam. He is the reason we haven't left yet.
