I got it at a great price when it was first released. The pricing is affordable, and it allows for growth.

They have great customer service and do their best to help you on the livechat support or via Skype.

I have already recommended it to others who can use the current features. It is also reasonably priced (very good) for what you get (and will get).

Loads vert fast and has a great Facebook group. The Customer Support helps me and is very fast in responding within minutes.

It's hard to troubleshoot. I also found the domain mapping to be difficult.

Invanto has a beautiful interface and layout. The membership and course areas are easy to navigate and just make you look good to your customers.

Second, the founder is extremely unstable and won't hesitate to pull the rug out from under you making you question building your business with this service.

Very bad decisions took by the manager. Dont respect their customer.

God forbid anything goes wrong because it’s next to impossible to get instant tech help. This company doesnt even have a phone number for emergency services.

It was good enough, and I was happy, until they decided recently that they are not going to be honoring their contracts.

I love that it's all relatively easy to use and such a great 4-in-1 solution. Just set it all up and link your checkout page to your BUY IT NOW button on your landing page.

Then, without notice I was locked out of my account as had to pay $20 for a month in order to get my content. I cancelled and was not given any confirmation email if the cancellation.

The software is easy to use to help you manage your business. Compared to other products the features and costs are fantastic.

Worst Possible Experience. I am user of initially Invanto and then migrated to Ventture and now pay $99 per month yet, I don't get the desired service that I am supposed to get.

Brilliant All-In-One GoTo Platform for Coaching & Membership Sites.

It was confusing as to what the differences were between Membership and Coachrank.

The most disturbing thing is that he continued rehashing the entire year that Zapier and independent Testnia papers would arrive soon and you will be able to sell test papers.

Invanto is really useful and I like their CS team.

There we’re a lot of promises for this software which we’re initially exciting.

I don't always know what i'm looking for, than you can loose some time.

They have some good features but the basics they miss. If you have to track studentds progress and manage students, DO NOT use this platform.

Some members have voiced concerns regarding the slowness of their sites loading. I hate having no control over the speed of my users experience.

I like that this integrates LMS, with a membership portal, digital products, and a reward system. It offers a lot all in one place.

The excitement built around its future potential.

Lack of integration between the desktop and online versions can be cumbersome and less than user-friendly at times.

The product's broad capability comes with the downside of being difficult to navigate. It's not intuitive at all.

I have been frustrated with the overall experience with MemberClicks.

The software has a nice membership database and allows for good use bu a Chamber of Commerce. We are not a Chamber and find these tools less useful.

What I like most is the ease of managing my committees, sending them emails, tracking meetings/minutes/agendas/attendance.

Ease of use; excellent technical and customer support.

HelpTeam tries to have pissing contest with you instead of getting the job done.

My experience with MemberClicks has been largely positive. The system is fairly easy to use and the support has been excellent.

The issues that  I have are mainly due to my own lack of seeking additional training to use all of the features.

If you have a quick question the Chat is an easy way to get help. We only use a fraction of the options available so there is much that this system can do.

The contact center helps us keep our members engaged. The forms registration integrates perfectly with our website.

Inability to customize some financial report features.

Overall, MemberClicks is an incredible company and the Oasis product is superb.

Thank goodness for the support staff. However, I really shouldn't be contacting them 3-6 a week still.

They are also very good about implementing customer suggestions into software updates. This is a fully integrated system that makes management much easier; it can integrate quickbooks as well.

Having a single  application suite of functionally rich tools - is worth it's weight in gold. No need for integrating separate data sets - excellent.

The system supported all of our needs for setting up event registrations, with multiple pricing tiers by member type and setting attendee caps for sessions.

We have been using MemberClicks for over 3 years and this is by far the best AMS program we've seen. I am blown away by the communication and dedication they have with their customers.

Very positive; love the customer service and comp extras.

Very hard to edit, very hard to upload information and your not sure where you even uploaded it. No visual marking  of if you sent a document.

Value Reports have also been a game changer when it comes to retention and helping to break down the value of membership investment.

Frustrating - and has more features than anything else we've found in the price range.

They have been advancing and improving their features and they have great customer service.

Again the support and the help pages are super great. If they can get the rest of the software to be as comfortable  that would be grand.

Their support is very responsive and friendly. MemberClicks is receptive to feature requests that they receive and our capabilities have increased as they have made updates with no add-on costs.
