  • Pros

  • Light and easy user interface, works well as an IT helpdesk ticketing system. Patching works well and I like the simplicity of the application.
  • I like how we can run scripts, check software on each computer and implement custom attributes and comments in our computer information.
  • Cons

  • The back-end seems a bit dated. Foreign language implementation has been an issues for years, there are options but up until now, it hasn't been working well.
  • There is no unity between the different modules, other than the color scheme of the UI.

  • I like the ease of use and value for the money.
  • Syncro combines RMM, PSA, Ticketing, and Billing into a single interface that's easy to use and cost-effective. The tool was built from the ground up with components that work together.
  • Cons

  • The interface is a little outdated and confusing.
  • The absence of a built-in timer and a technician timesheet are missing features that would greatly enhance the software.
