It's quick and easy to use, and there are some powerful features. Customer service has generally been good.

Great design makes something more fun to use. It has a lot of features and it is relatively straightforward to use.

Drip has been excellent in this, and I have introduced other colleagues to Drip who are equally pleased.

Some of the features are still in development and they can take a long time to come out. Sometimes subscribers will get stuck in a workflow.

Automation and great API are the features I'm interested the most.

If you sell a lot of different types of products and customers, Drip's ability to help you segment people automatically is amazing.

Sadly, Drip is totally underwhelming and getting involved was a big mistake.

What I loved the most is the the fantastic custom support team, really passionate and knowledgable.

Expensive in the market when compared to other tools and it is burden for freelancers and early stage bloggers.

Also the unlimited tags and the easy integration with Salesforce and Zapier is important for me. Support is usually fast, friendly and competent.

It takes some getting used to when creating workflows and automations, but it's no more difficult to use than any other product out there.

The 'error please refresh' message is constantly appearing. After copying and pasting or trying to set up a hyperlink, the site often freezes.

And a really vile colour scheme. I can overlook the colours but the techie-ness has been a barrier for me.

By Tagging audience based on different options helps alot while desiging email campaigns. Drip is good tool but overpricing for lot of people.

I really like the concept behind it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use even for new users.

This is a full blown marketing and CRM suite and Mailchimp just sends emails. I still feel like I have more I can learn and do with Drip which is exciting.

I like the fact you can schedule a second email that only goes to recipients that didn't open the first email. Apart from that, there are plenty of other email products around with Drip's features.

Overall, our sales have gone up, our client engagement is high, and our team actually likes using the software - it's been a win/win/win/win/win from the beginning.

Integration with Elementor and WooCommerce is extremely bad.

Payment gets stuck in Razorpay. If you are suing multiple warehouses, commerce show stock combining from all warehouses even though we assign 1 particular warehouse to commerce.

Very easy to customize the page. This comes along with the options to integrate other Zoho products free of cost which make it complete package.

Bugs, too many bugs, lack of customisation in front end.

I spent an already excessive sum to use the serial number tracking in Zoho inventory. I don't need it in the online store, and Zoho wants $160 per month for that feature alone.

Support staff themsilves have lack of product knowledge at this point of time. The UI lags a bit with pieces of smal bugs here and there.

I love that it's a suite of apps that streamline daily operations.

Even after using the trial, I had a lots of doubts while working on my real project. So every time I emailed my doubts, I got relevant solutions,  which I sometimes missed in the tutorials.

The templates, (Extremely poor designs) No option for product to be zoomed during hover, while this is very basic but necessary feature of every e-com website.

Easy integration with Zoho inventory and Books so invoicing and inventory management is much easier, integration with Google, FB etc is good.

And a lad named[ SENSITIVE CONTENT. Both of them have proved to be an excellent customer support representatives with required patience, skills and required knowledge of the product.

Overall experience with Zoho commerce is wonderful. I recommend many small and medium sized ecommerce platform owners to try Zoho.
