Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Multiorders is very in-line with our requirements, easy to use and has a fantastic customer support team. Sales and after sales is brilliant.
  • Nothing gives me more confidence that I have made the right choice than these people's perfectionism and desire to help. The software itself is like a mirrored image to the people behind it.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake, though, you can copy that order, create a new one with that information, correct the data you need to correct, and delete the previous one.
  • This was in response to an order, where Multiorders should have reduced stock just by the amount sold - obviously this resulted in over-selling.

  • Pros

  • Their support teams will always be available for you - no matter what it is and what is your concern. I'm very happy we chose working with them.
  • Almost instant 2-way syncing with various integrations is a nice feature that you can't get with similar software that rely on flat files only.
  • Cons

  • Some of the user interfaces can be streamlined a bit, but it is still quite functional. I have seen much worse from other offerings in the space.
  • There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels. This has been a problem that we have seen on multiple times when we are at 1 or 2 units left for specific SKU's.
