- Most all of my users are not able to make their own reports due to how difficult they are to build.
- Sometimes getting the scenario builder portion to function the way I want is difficult.
Pros
- I love that there is an option to build our own modules, access free ones from the marketplace, and the customer support is amazing.
- The support team worked with us and it is working a lot better now. We like the accessibility of support and the customization options for the content in the courses and academies.
Cons
- Pages are so often the same from page to page that I get lost. Trying to see which courses have been completed by which employees for example, is not intuitive.
- The timing of classes are not always accurate as Niche Academy provides services all over the world, sometimes time zones are a factor. In addition glitches are a ongoing struggle at times.
