A solid RMM and PSA Solution
Since making the move to Syncro, we've been able to streamline our workflow to monitor, manage, assist and bill our clients more effectively.
PROSSyncro combines RMM, PSA, Ticketing, and Billing into a single interface that's easy to use and cost-effective. The tool was built from the ground up with components that work together. (Unlike their competitors, who have purchased other companies and rely upon loose integrations.) Also, Syncro product leads are listening to customer feedback and actively refining the product to improve productivity for MSPs. It is my hope that they never loose focus of this customer-centric approach!
CONSWhile Syncro provides many amazing features, there is always room or improvement. One area that would benefit the most from some development love is patch management. Beyond that, I hope they'll continue refining an already amazing set of tools.

Great for smaller MSP's
Syncro provides a lot of tools for a lower price than most others. We've never really had any serious issues with the software and it works great for our business. My biggest gripe however, is that we are unable to use our ticket metrics as one account is shared with reception who book the tickets. As reception also handle invoicing, they technically close all jobs. We suggested to Syncro an accounts type of account which would only allow invoicing, ticketing and CRM operations, removing all technician specific features and could be charged at a lower cost. If this was possible, Syncro would be one of the most competitive products on the market.
PROSSyncro allows unlimited devices, but charges per technician. A hard to find pricing structure which significantly helps smaller MSP's get off the ground or operate more efficiently with larger customer bases.
CONSThe UI feels quite outdated, even with the recent revamp. Many tools are hidden away or very complicated to use. For example, changing an email template is found through various sub menus and not in the logical 'templates' section, which relates to other types of templates. The patch management definitely requires work as many devices simply do not update when they should be.
Reason for choosing Syncro
The pricing was much better, as Syncro offer per technician / unlimited device pricing. This allows us to grow and keep costs down.

Pulseway was very feature limited and cost more than Syncro did at the time. Comodo ONE was free, but introduced a rather steep price curve part way through our use which we couldn't justify paying.

Very positive experience. Product just work and in the rare occasion that something does not, it is resoled in a timely manner. Support is what support should be.

Huge leverage move
The platform has been nothing short of fantastic. The team behind the product are passionate, responsive and growth minded. The user community is engaged and helpful. We have never looked back from our move to Syncro!
PROSWe moved to Syncro from a major platform. The improved functionality, the ease of configuration and implementation of sales processes have been hugely instrumental in our year over year growth.
CONSThere are some parts of the platform that are growing and maturing still. There were some areas such as ticket organization that we had to grow accustomed too when we first transitioned.

Syncro RMM and PSA
Syncro does what I want and it works well however their are some issues that if addressed could make it better and support is the biggest factor.
PROSThe remote management of computers and servers is easy in Syncro. Creating Powershell scripts for repeatable tasks is a breeze in Syncro.
CONSPatch management errors but still works. Scripts don't always work. Some devices show offline even though they are online. Support is lacking.

I switched from ITarian as they couldn't keep their promise of unlimited assets free forever. It was a good decision to switch as creating and running scripts in ITariain was too complicated and I couldn't get it to work.

Great TIcket Management/RMM/Integrated Remote Access
Syncro allows me to manage most of my business processes as a MSP. Wouldn't know what to do without it!
PROSThe ticket management is great. Tickets can be assigned internally, or by customers through email or via desktop app. Mobile alerts allow me to respond to new issues quickly. RMM automatically alerts you to issues that the customer doesn't even know exist, and has some customization options for specific monitoring needs.
CONSIntegrated remote access is great from Splashtop, but I would like to allow customers to initiate a one-time session with Splashtop that could be integrated as well. For now, I will continue to need another remote access system that allows me to do this.

Syncromsp
Love the software it work wonderfully and does what we need it to and they get some extra points for adding holiday lights to the service during Christmas time.
PROSIf you are familiar with repair shopr then you will feel right at home. This online based crm and rmm is a dream come true for us we where using a service called ninjarmm but we switched to this because it had allot more features we use all the time. Love you scripting tool you get here very handy and the built in Documentation center that's built in is also a nice touch.
CONSThe lack of customization on the dashboard ui is a small complaint I have. There is also times where it does seem a little on the slow side for executing scripts but other than that it seems to be running good.

Why didnt we use Syncro earlier
Its been great to use an easy product that does what it promises.

My over all experience with Syncro has been very positive.
PROSI was able to setup SyncroMSP with relative ease compared to other RMM/PSA software. The seller for me was the licensing model. I like the pay per tech and not pay per asset model. It allows smaller MSP clients to grow without increasing their costs exponentially.
CONSThere could be more built-in scripts. I would like to see monitoring for ESXi.

Great Value
Overall we are pleased with Syncro, we only use it for Remote control and Patch management currently. Which was super simple to implement. We are in the process of implementing asset management, which has caused some issues that were easily resolved by customer support.
PROSSyncro is simple to deploy. Works great out the box. Would be nice if assigning policies was simpler. We are an Inhouse IT department so don't use any of the Invoicing or billing functions.
CONSWould prefer multiple monitors in remote control. It is not difficult to switch between monitors so it is fine. Just would be nice to be able to see all of the monitors at once. All of our Clients have at least 2 monitors.WE don't use billing at all so I can't comment on that at all.

Great PSA + RMM Combo
When I first started using Syncro I didn't utilize as much as I do now; once I started to utilize their PSA features and integrated that into my workflow it really improved my operations. There's a lot of functionality with Syncro, and there's a lot that I'm still not using to their capacity.
PROSI like being able to manage invoices, products/services, endpoints, etc. all through one app.
CONSI really wish their mobile app performed better; there are certain things I do from it, and there are other things that I wait to do on my computer.

Unbelievably Perfect Pricing
We have 15,000 clients. With their unlimited endpoint pricing, we save a lot of money compared to the others we have used.
CONSQuickbooks Export is flaky. It exports Firstname Lastname, instead of Lastname, Firstname which messes up our QBooks records.

You get more value for the price.
Very friendly staff waiting to help grow and support you and your business for the all included price.
PROSThe fact that they have a flat feet for unlimited agent management helps with our break/fix and BYO-AV clients, no need to pay for each agent deployed.
CONSThe mobile app could use work, however for what it’s worth I like what they have so far. I wish SyncroLive is available on mobile.

Syncro
Product is very comprehensive. If you want an all-in-one, then Syncro is great. The information gathering is great! Love the scripting community. Love the documentation capabilities of this system.
CONSHard to find options or where to organize data. Billing system is complicated. Price is too high for the limited features I use.
