  • Our favorite feature in VolunteerMatters is the ability to log hours served volunteering into a volunteer's profile.
  • I love having the ability to add graphics to different projects and signing up for a shift is straightforward.
  • Cons

  • Volunteer Matters suggests using Zapier, which charges and additional fee for Salesforce.
  • The Advanced Contact search I think is sometimes difficult to use.

  • The customer service and ability to customize reports for the church works great though.
  • The real best database size is nice. Also the pricing for specific tears was something we found beneficial as we were not a mega church.
  • Cons

  • I hate calling support because it's so frustrating. Unless you have someone in your office who understands databases, then don't waste your time and money.
  • There's not enough space for me to list my complaints about F1. It is by far the hardest program I've ever had to work with, and after three plus years, I still don't know how to get a decent report.
