VolunteerMatters is a cloud-based volunteer management solution that is used by corporations, schools, governments, member-based organizations and nonprofits to recruit, coordinate and track volunteers.

Volunteer managers can create opportunities and available shifts, then assign volunteers to specific tasks. Using stored volunteer data, including contact information, skills, interests and engagement status, managers can also filter data to generate lists of volunteers that match an opportunity’s requirements. These volunteers can then be contacted either individually or via bulk email.

Additionally, volunteers can self-manage their profiles within VolunteerMatters, so organizations maintain accurate contact data. Volunteers can also search for and review advertised opportunities, then sign up for activities and shifts and receive automated email confirmations and reminders.

VolunteerMatters also tracks volunteer attendance and participation details. Using its built-in report templates and custom-reporting tools, organizations can report on volunteer schedules, activity and history.

Services offered are billed monthly and support is available via phone and email.

So Easy!

Pros

This product was so easy to use so easy to train others to use. I would definitely recommend to anyone that deals with volunteers!

Cons

It was a little hard to transition information over from our old system, but even that was at no fault of the program

Pros

User friendly. Allows users to use a tutorial concept that is very beneficial for all users. In addition, it is very practical for all vendors.

Cons

This product is a little bit over priced. It is also not readily available to all the markets around the world.

UI is easy to use

Pros

It's user friendly and I was happy with the level of support I received. They were ready to help when I needed it.

Cons

I can't think of anything important as of now but their FAQs can definitely be improved.
