NeonCRM by Z2 Systems, Inc. is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) suite for small to large nonprofits such as animal welfare groups, human services, and philanthropic foundations. Applications include marketing and outreach, fundraising, donor management, membership management and more.

Online fundraising capabilities help users keep up with changes in donating trends by enabling them to accept donations from multiple channels. Built-in online fundraising tools allow for email blasts, automated tax receipts via email, event registration tracking and automated membership renewal management.

Customized online donation pages mimic the look and feel of existing user websites, offering the ability to create branded donation campaign forms. Customizable event pages can also be configured to match existing websites, and users can send automated event notifications for registered attendees.

Online and offline donations can be added to each constituent record, including the amount given and a complete history of all past donations.

Pros

It always me make amaze, I can customize easily my templates and reports here. I did my job well and no worry.

Consider your company size and budget before purchasing this product but it is worth it.

Pros

I love there customer service, you can easily communicate with them and they have a lot patients and time for you to solve your issues using there product. I love to recommend this product .

Cons

Until now while I'm using this product I don't have any negative comments on this but I want and still waiting for more updates.

This product takes time to master, but when you learned how to use it , It makes so useful.

Pros

Customer service was so great they will teach you things you need step by step this product has a lot of features that are so useful and the system was so very comprehensive.

Cons

The only thing that product suffer is when you run this on an MAC , This product can open tutorials using Mac and that was so frustrating its more compatible using PC .

Great support, every step of the way, with tons of features to help reach your goals!

We are very new customers to Neon, but so far our experience has been positive.

Pros

The system is very intuitive and navigation is fairly simple and straightforward. There are tons of resources available online and support is easy to reach and obtain when needed.

Cons

Some of the form building tools could be a little more user friendly and have more custom options. Import tool is helpful but has a few limitations when bringing in data from other sources and databases.

A decent entry level CRM.

Pros

This database is very clean looking and intuitive to use. Through the implementation process and using the sytem, the customer support was very attentive. There are some limited functionalities compared to some of the more robust (and pricier) CRMs available, but you do get a good value for your money.

Cons

Their peer to peer fundraising platform has limitations for structured events, but if you do a lot of standard peer to peer fundraising, it will work just fine.

One of the better CRMs on the market now.

Pros

Neon checked off many boxes for our organization: events, ticket sales, donations, online store - in addition to database and donor management.

Cons

There's a bit of learning to do to use Neon to its max potential, but there is training available.

It's not the best software but it's also not the worst

Pros

Simply put, NeonCRM does what it advertises: holds constituent data. It's nice to have a cloud based platform with unlimited users, and their knowledgebase is very robust.

Cons

If you're looking to customize your platform to the smallest details, this is not the platform for you. It's unfortunate that you aren't able to customize all of the front-facing pages. And if you do, you need to be knowledgeable in HTML/CSS.

Great customer service!

Pros

I've looked into several different donor relations databases, and Neon was hands down the best we've seen. The customer service was definitely above and beyond, and truly set them apart from their competition! The database is very user-friendly and customizable. I can't wait to full start using it!

Cons

I don't particularly care for the fact that you have to pay an additional cost for the extra training. I feel like this should be included. If companies don't have time to watch all of the youtube videos, or aren't great at being self-taught, then they will not be able to get the most out of the system, and will be more likely to cancel the services. If the customer doesn't understand the database and how to use it, then it will ultimately be a waste of money for the client (which means NEON will lose their business). Small non-profits like mine, who are looking to increase fundraising and donations, just can't afford that extra cost.

Just completed a 5 month comprehensive review of Non-Profit CRM systems and NeonCRM came up as our 1st choice!

Pros

Great features and functionality with terrific options to customize and establish the foundation for future growth. Sales support superb and on-line help and training videos are outstanding. Given the scope of the features and functionality the user interface is intuitive and relatively easy to navigate. Very happy with reasonably priced consulting options to help us transition from our current platform.

Cons

We have found that setting up templates for email campaigns is not user friendly as it is not a what you see is what get, easy drag and drop process.
