NeonCRM by Z2 Systems, Inc. is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) suite for small to large nonprofits such as animal welfare groups, human services, and philanthropic foundations. Applications include marketing and outreach, fundraising, donor management, membership management and more.

Online fundraising capabilities help users keep up with changes in donating trends by enabling them to accept donations from multiple channels. Built-in online fundraising tools allow for email blasts, automated tax receipts via email, event registration tracking and automated membership renewal management.

Customized online donation pages mimic the look and feel of existing user websites, offering the ability to create branded donation campaign forms. Customizable event pages can also be configured to match existing websites, and users can send automated event notifications for registered attendees.

Online and offline donations can be added to each constituent record, including the amount given and a complete history of all past donations.

Neon CRM

Pros

This is truly an elegant solution, and I have been able to easily pick up the use of the CRM with my current workflow and needs. My initial reaction was that this truly stands out as a modern and powerful tool compared to the outdated and clunky CRM's i am used to. This has been quite an asset in managing forms across our institution.

Cons

Very few downsides that I can identify. I would prefer a bit more automation options for sending out reports and reminders, but other than that i truly love the product.

Wonderful experience in every aspect!

So excited to share with other schools and non-profits. Neon should have come along sooner! One thing I hear constantly is how all staff members have dreaded using constituent software to the point where they stop altogether. Finally there is a product that understands how real schools and non-profits work.

Pros

Ease of use for all levels of user. Within minutes of viewing the dashboard, you have a real grasp of how Neon can work for your school or organization. For the novice, reports and imports are a dream. And for experts, you can really get a big bang for your buck with items such as workflows. This is the type of modern product that the non-profit world has needed for decades. Built for a team, approachable, great price point and EVER evolving.

Cons

At this point I have yet to experience a con, which is saying a lot. With a background in tech and education, you rarely find a product that is such quality and with actual human support. Just great.

I LOVED the customer service from Neon. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision.

Cons

The integration seemed a little dated, and they were one of the more expensive CRM's that I reviewed to possibly purchase.

Pros

I use this software for work. I found that it is easy to figure most things out without too much training on the software. I can set up events, create coupon codes, and generate emails to event attendees.

Cons

I've found that from the customer end the fact it encourages you to create an account before purchasing a ticket is confusing. Folks think they need a sign-in and don't just click through that screen. I wish that feature could be changed to make the event registration page more friendly.

an all-in-one tool

In general, it is as yet decent since it offers all that you require.

Pros

I love the customizable reporting and automated emails. The functionalities are just superb! It made our tasks easy.

Cons

It took a bit of time before I get to be familiar with its functions. Setting up was also hard for a non tech-savvy like me.

Pros

Neon CRM's features are very helpful specifically their email blasts and be able to customize reports, it also allow us to store data securely. I can say that it can do what other software does.

Excellent donor management system

Neon does it all. I used this for about 8 months during an internship for a nonprofit and used almost every feature. I especially loved how easy it was to track donations and growth

Excellent CRM for beginners

Despite the software limitations, it's a reliable CRM tool that gets all work done perfectly if you learn to master it with help of online tutorials.

Pros

This one has the best CRM navigation- very simple and clean. Quite smooth to use even with multiple processes at the same time.

Cons

Very limited functionalities and customization compared to higher-end CRMs. The reports are unwieldy sometimes but fairly manageable.
