"I also appreciate that the platform includes email campaign tools and customizable user accounts, which allow different team members to access and manage data appropriately."

"I like the donor management platform component of the software, which allows me to track pledges, donations, and touchpoint communications with donors and partners."

"It's also very useful for managing, tracking and reporting on donor management, fundraising events and through direct campaigns or peer to peer on Neon Fundraise."

"I am also disappointed that there is no way to import relationships - our organization is a youth organization dating back over 60 years, so we have multiple generations of accounts and have to manually build the relationships (other than households)."

"This causes difficulty for the members (when they login to the "wrong" account, they do not have an active membership), as well as obfuscating how long someone has been a member, as they might renew on the Individual account one year and the Company account the next, so complete membership records are divided between two accounts."
