I like the quality of voice recognition in Ukrainian and the ability to work in a team.

I'm not a fan of auto-translated interfaces, so I prefer not to read the interface content too much

That the cost and the free trial you can obtain by letting people know that the tool works so good that you want more free trail! Perfect tools like auto transcribe.

I have been using the platform for a few weeks now. Interface-wise, it is really great.

However, my issue lies with the voice recognition for Indian accents. I have transcribed approximately 300 minutes of audio files, and there are a lot of inaccuracies.

The quick uploading, transcription, and various (English) accent recognitions. The app's affordability is a BIG plus for freelance professionals like me.

Sometimes, the application acts weird when I am trying to edit it in the app. It will automatically start scrolling up and down when editing or will not allow me to edit. I got really frustrated the other day. I had to down the transcription file and edit it while listening to the audio on the app. So laborious!

ease of use, quick, if dictation audio is clear then the quality of the transcript is decent. works well with low volume audios too

same mistakes, no option to help give feedback that is then incorporated. so we end up getting same errors. some types of audio file extensions dont work. but overall worth the price

It is so easy to use the platform and the price is affordable. I am an educational researcher and as a user of the Transkriptor for more than a year so confidently suggest it to my colleagues (especially for qualitative researchers) who spend hours to transcribe the interview recordings.

The Turkish language transcriptions are surprisingly accurate. Although it is necessary to go through the transcription to correct misspelled words or to correct sentence structures, it provides a decent enough base to work from and thus saves a ton of time compared to manual transcription.

The "minutes" system, and the constant need to cancel subsriptions and sign up for new ones is quite confusing. All this could be much more streamlined, perhaps with a pay-per-use mechanism.

I like it overall, it's a very util tool.

The service I like the most in Tanskriptor is the transcription because it is the most useful tool for my demands.

The Eskriptor has a bigger limitation then the Transkriptor for editing texts and putting them in paragraphs. I had to cut the text I had to edit in pieces.

Very easy to use with good results. The transcription is quite precise and the app keeps it all well organized afterwards.

WMA format is not supported so it might be useful to con ert files either to mp3 or mp4 before using the app.

It is definitely worth every penny I paid. I think it's a very useful tool, especially for the researchers who deal with a huge amount of qualitative data.

Transkriptor really saved me a ton of time for my research projects, in which I need verbatim transcriptions. It wouldn't be wrong to say it saved my life because if I didn't get to use it, I had to transcript all my tens of hours-long interviews manually. I'm glad my co-worker suggested Transkriptor to me.

The user interface of the product and the overall user experience could be improved. I'm a user experience researcher and designer. I would be happy to share my opinions about this if you're interested.
