In my opinion the absolute best part of Helcim is their customer service. Whenever I hit a bump in the road, I just called customer service and an agent was able to walk me through it.

The agent was helpful and professional making sure I had the I needed and offering to talk me through how to make the changes myself if I needed to in the future.

I do not work with the system on a regular basis,  so my own experience has been the lack of any problems or negative feedback from the people that do use it.

Customer services was excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very helpful and definitely helped me solve the problem.

I've use a couple different ones, and they're rather clunky and tricky for our clients to use.

Sales are increased with having Debit/Credit so easily available. When you phone you always get a live, breathing body.

Fairly easy to set up and use, although if I didnt have experience setting up pos systems it might have been slightly more challenging.

Even walking our client through each step, they'd still often make a mistake and have to start over because they'd hit the wrong button.

I like the paid market because it is very useful in secure sales.

I don't like the cost of the fees and the customer support, they take a long time to get back to me when I have a problem.

If you don’t have a debit card this is the perfect option for you, for a small amount of money you can get a normal card an a digital one for barley free.

When you need to link the paid market with some ecommerce platform, if you are new to systems it can be very difficult.

I use it constantly, I liked it when there was a reduction in the fee for the machine. I like the credit card and credit market function too, it has saved me on many occasions.

The fact that you can pay for multiple services already makes it an application that you can use on a daily basis, regardless of all the banking services it represents.

The way to configure the payment methods sometimes leaves us confused, but the simulation gives a direction on how to do it.

The only bad thing I see in this application is that your payment is reflected 30 days from you from the sales.

In overall I had a great time and experience with the app and the money management that it offers.

I really like Mercado Pago because it is very easy to use.

Payment processing is very efficient, and easy to integrate with proprietary solutions, without requiring much technical knowledge.

In general it’s been great I think it’s a great tool and a secure want to have online shopping and also you can link it with shopify so it makes makes it really easier to manage it.

If you make these adjustments, for me it becomes perfect. I like paying for essential services through it, and I also really like the ease of shopping online.

I love that you can link your Shopify account and your payment goes through your account automatic.

Mercado Pago is a good option to recive payments of your customers.

The reports is complicate to know how much of your customer pay with a promotion of months without interest.

I think the most underrated function of this app is the presentation of duplicate receipts. This feature is somewhat hidden, which I consider to be the only defect of the application.

A negative point of the Mercado Pago account is its usage limit, which is not very high. Spending limit per day (withdrawals, payment of bills and general expenses on the card).

Very good, makes instant payments and is easy to use.

I have nice experience about Mercado Pago, it has everything I need for the customers purchases good experience.
