I have been using the PayPal platform for two years and I have not had any problems accessing my earned money, I do have to say I understand the 1% on the transfer of money because like any business they too have to make money. I have enjoyed my time with this platform and will continue to use it.

From the developer perspective, it couldn't have been any easier to integrate PayPal checkout. The documentation is very well documented and a lot of examples in various languages.

The customer service is very terrible, at-least through email. I have contacted them once and it took them a week to resolve the issue. The agent didn't even read the issue I was having and they just sent me links to resolve the issue which was completely unrelated to the issue I was having.
