Most importantly, the on boarding and support teams have been very responsive, and very helpful. They even go the extra mile to give you new ideas for new packaging and pricing your own services.

They were able to build an API into our CMS software that our business has to use to integrate the software flawlessly.

It is the most flexible product catalogue and has great analytics and insights. I would recommend this product.

Stax Bill is an impressive payment processing approach for enterprises.

Currently our biggest problem with Fusebill is updating the price for a product in our subscriptions.

We can now use those resources for selling. Great team, awesome support = so happy.

They'll have the wrong prices when we re-activate them. Instructions on the custom code to update our subscriptions were given to us 13 days after asking for instructions on changing prices.

Hard to view details of multiple subscriptions at a single client. All subscriptions are listed exactly the same way, so it makes it difficult to find the specific one for which you are looking.

The software is easy to setup and has a great deal of customization options to suite any business.

Have problems with some of the payment gateway solutions and not integrating well.

We use this everyday, and are continuing to build upon it. It integrates directly into Zoho Books which makes our bookkeeping super easy.

I like the fact that my customers have the ability to log in and update any info for themselves at any time (client portal).

They charged me for two consecutive years after I had cancelled and I had to despite it with my CCrd company.

Excellent way to easily start a small subscription business.

Loved the tool for building subscription checkout options, as well as the templates and options to customize with code. There was a great deal of freedom presented, and it served us very well.

The system was super easy to set up an MVP and was flexible enough so that we could build on this MVP as our real-world usage brought to light other features we wanted to deploy.

Hosting pages features,  multiple products, and multiple plans, ease of use, clean interface. Subscription management is also very easy.

Good software integrated with other payment system like Gocardless, Stripe, etc. Full solution with their Zoho CRM.

Meaning you don't have to pay for a subscription until you reach 50k worth of transactions or a certain number of clients.

Overall, a positive experience in respect to CRM manangement.
