  • Pros

  • I like that templates can be saved and reused. That is helpful for quickly completing progress notes after seeing a client.
  • I used it for a very small, very part-time practice mostly to have a paper trail for about a half dozen clients should they want receipts for payment.
  • Cons

  • I'm a little worried for when my old laptop dies.
  • At times I have messed on and needed to correct a claim or payment but to do this you have to delete the service and then start all over.

  • The text message reminders are a huge asset and help keep our patients informed.
  • The product is great, easy to use, and the team is easy to work with.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes, patients do receive reminders of cancelled appointments , but that is only when cancelled a few days prior.
  • Don’t have any personal complaints, sometimes tracking the things I do as a Therapist are hard as it does not seem to be built for therapy services.
