It's easy to use until you find a problem and want to stop using it automatically.

In the past it has been easy to use and when it erroneously listed my contribution as monthly, quickly corrected it and refunded the contributions that I had not intended to use.

As described above, prior to the requirement that overseas Americans provide their Passport Number, my experience with Act Blue has been positive.

Specifically, I appreciate that the contribution forms have an intuitive interface and are customizable whether you are an administrator or user.

Because he was not clearly I was checking our credit card charges routinely and noticed repeated charges by ACTBLUE in ever increasing amounts.

For example I donate your auto bond and I received your monthly magazine what you’re doing with my money and how they’re helping wildlife.

They have absolutely the worst record I've ever encountered in correcting charging errors.

It's mind-boggling that disbursements are only available as hard copy checks sent through snail mail. An electronic option is long overdue.

The tool makes it easy to find specific persons or organizations for my donations. It even cancelled a recurring donation automatically when my favorite person dropped out of the race.

Easy to use, easy to stop using. A fine way to  donate to candidate(s) you support.

There is no customer support AT ALL. There is no accountability for where my money goes or mistakes in billing or donations.

What I liked most of all regarding this software have been the features offered to its users.

I was charged twice and I cannot get customer service to respond even though I contacted them immediately. I am now handling through my bank.

I have emailed and called several times with absolutely no response. I have had to shut down my credit card to avoid them taking any more from me.

I think they are a scam and their unscrupulous activity reflects poorly on legitimate campaign funding.

I realized Act Blue had, without my knowledge or authorization, made a recurrent contribution. All I could do was cancel future payments, but the money was already taken.

The design is easy to use and makes it easy for the members of my team to pull up a specific transaction, vendor, or client at a moment's notice and have a complete idea of their recent activity.

Having previously used FECFile as well as NGP for handling my client's compliance needs, I was blown away by how easy it is to bulk import donor data and seamlessly file reports.

What a concept, listening to what customers want, unlike others whose developers drive the product development and you end up with a crappy product.

The customer service is responsive and helpful. ISP itself is easy to use and doesn’t over charge for the access to the platform.

ISP made tracking transactions and drafting campaign finance reports efficient and easy.

We had to move the bookkeeping to a separate platform which meant double entry and no longer a connection between the FEC reporting and our internal reporting.

Customer support is unmatched anywhere. It's a great product and the team is constantly making enhancements to make the user's life easier.

If there's a problem, they're on it right away. If there is a feature that I need, it's there at my disposal within days.
