LiveSessions was the best in relation to price/quality. The recordings are perfect and the app is loading fast.

It was easy to use I loved how intuitive I found it.

The implementation and the sub accounts management couldn't be any user. The interface is super simple as well.

It's very easy to use, filter, and replay recorded sessions of websites users.

This assists our clients in understanding user trends, and finding out abusive uses of their confidential material on the website.

In overall we are quite happy with this software.

Overall I love the UI and find it intuitive. I'd like it to be more reliable for browser rexordings.

The thing that is a real deal breaker for me with this software is lack of possibility to watch the session live.

The technical documentation is not as extense as other tools. It can be compensated by asking directly to the developers which does the trick.

Getting data into totango and synchronising data with other softwares is ridiculously difficult, painful and useless. Even with tools like zapier.

I've already noticed that there are some funcionalities missing.

I don't like that they can only have two levels of hierarchy short of extensive workarounds. I don't like that there are many fields which can't be rolled down, for some strange reason.
