Limited sketchup library needs to be upgraded or added more often.

If you are using SketchUp for 3d models and building plan it’s a great software, and i find this too much user friendly and as easy as MS paint.

Occasionally I get stuck from a line that hasn’t been drawn on the same plane and it makes closing a surface area or project section out.

Freedom of creation stands out, in addition to having easy to understand tools and also its variety of options available in the community.

It is super easy to do good things with Sketchup: you don't need to be a CAD profesionnal to use it.

What I enjoy most of this program, is the realistic view.

Very easy to setup and free for schools. There is now a web based version optimized for Google Chrome browser and integrates with Gsuite.

Like SketchUp free can be used for free while SketchUp Pro has pricing.

I liked the idea of SketchUp. It looked like a really cool design tool, I liked that it was free for schools and that it worked on Chromebooks.

Fair but needs more improvements for user experience and be more competitive.

This can be frustrating which is why a warning feature would be appreciated for this type of issue.

For example the 3D Text tool. You have it in both versions but the online one can't use personalized type fonts, so you are restricted to use only 5 or 6 predefined type fonts.

Excellent 3D modeling software. Fairly straightforward to use and the marketplace is very easy to use and has some fun additions to the design to make the model look more realistic.
