Pros
- It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
- It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
Cons
- I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
- Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
Pros
- At every corner this app succeeds. With a fair pricing model and a supportive and quick to respond developer it has set the standard for the other apps I use.
- I like the dashboard where I can see graphics of time spent. I like the timeline with the calendar integration helping me to assign my time even easier.
Cons
- The only thing missing from this software is a client for iOS. That would complete my list.
- The main problem is that theres is no sync between mac, I use a work and personal computer and sadly theres no way to sync these two. There is no iPad app, which would have bin nice.
