PROS

One of the most impressive aspects of Desklog was its user-friendliness. It didn't take much time for our team members to adapt to the software. The intuitive interface made it easy to log working hours, switch between projects, and generate reports. The real-time tracking feature was particularly helpful as it allowed us to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments on the fly.

CONS

While Desklog met most of our needs, there are a few areas where we believe it could be improved. Firstly, integration with other project management and task tracking tools would be beneficial. Seamless integration with popular tools like Jira or Trello would eliminate the need for double data entry.Additionally, more robust mobile applications would be appreciated. While the desktop version worked excellently, having equally powerful mobile apps would make it easier for our team members who are often on the move.Lastly, enhanced reporting features, including predictive analytics based on historical data, could provide even more valuable insights into time management and resource allocation.In conclusion, Desklog has been a valuable addition to our IT franchise brand. Its ease of use and flexibility have significantly improved our time tracking and management processes. While there is room for improvement, it has certainly been a step in the right direction for our organization.

Appreciation Feedback of Desklog

PROS

Desklog impressed us with its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. The ability to track time both in-office and remotely was a significant advantage, especially given the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The software's real-time monitoring capabilities and the option to capture screenshots for remote employees ensured accountability and transparency. Additionally, the detailed reports and analytics helped us make data-driven decisions for optimizing our workforce.

CONS

While Desklog provided many benefits, there were a few areas where we felt improvements could be made. Firstly, the mobile app could have been more intuitive and user-friendly.
