- Features - the functionality offered in PS Cloud is vast and comprehensive. From project automations to staffing to revenue recognition, it is a complete tool for managing professional services.
- Great future vision product, it has more than I need to manage my team, recruit and track people, leave, benefits, compensation, performance and more. Even better I LOVE the Social Collaboration tool.
Cons
- This isn't the case sometimes. You can delete the lines off the invoice, but then it becomes hard to see which lines have been invoiced and which haven't.
- It may have been more of a resistance to change, rather than a solution problem.
Pros
- Tracking project progress and time is the only thing this is good for. Heaven forbid you forget something and you have to start all over.
- The software is fairly streamlined to be able to move quickly and process recurring tasks in such a way that non-accounting staff can be comfortable in the UI too.
Cons
- If you are a small company, the assigning of resources can be frustrating, as we are an all hands on deck organization, so resources are often double booked, which can create confusion in OpenAir.
- The drop downs didn't toggle well and data would have to be refreshed all together to get the correct information in the drop down in case you wanted to see a different client.
