Additionally, the functionality does not align with our actual business processes because the implementation team was not helpful. They didn't take the time to understand our workflows, and we were left with a system that feels like a 'round peg in a square hole.' Heaven forbid you forget something and you have to start all over. #### Cons This application is not good, so many missing features and it's only good for tracking your time and project updates. You have to refresh every change, it erases everything if you forgot to add something.
