Very easy to use, and I love being out of the studio but still be able to pull up a client's project on my phone.

When they rolled out MyDoma next it became more difficult to fileshare and I am still not sure I know how to do it effectively. My clients are confused by it, even the name is confusing.

I love the whole platform and the ease of use for me and my clients.

Easy to catalog favorite sources. Follow up with purchase orders, invoices, and overall project revenue.

I like that they can accept the contract online and make their deposit payment right away before the project is even started. Customer service is the best I have seen, very responsive.

Professional looking and makes my business look good. Customers like having all the products and pricing in one spot.

One of my favorite features is that I can communicate my design ideas with my client easily and they can review the information at their leisure. This has been a great time management tool.

I like that they have tried to think of everything with this software. I love that my scheduler connects.

The support and the MyDoma community has been fabulous. They really care about the the people using it.

Viewing the site on a mobile device is clunky and can be quite frustrating.

I like that it integrates with Quickbooks. It is a good program for interior designers and understands our business.

Mydoma is my favorite 'team member' and my clients LOVE IT. I am so happy with the service, my only wish is that it had an accounting system integrated like Studio Designer.

A great tool to collaborate with clients, but also a big help to using it in house for our staff.

I don't use the reporting, invoicing, ordering features so not too sure about those.

First - the support staff is amazing, accessible and friendly.

We needed a strong interface that presents well in person, and allows us to email our clients a portal that they can use to move forward in the selection process of our designs.

Mostly:  we have become more organized with information to the clients and having one place for all of our emails is wonderful.

The personal chat option is great. I also love the community around Mydoma with other designers and the training which Mydoma offers is above and beyond.

I love the client interface and the overall look of the software on the back end as well. Layers of organization seem well thought out and are easy to navigate.

Most of my clients  find the product difficult to use.

If I had to run my business with spreadsheets and printouts I would loose my mind. There is no doubt that I can handle more volume of business with Mydoma.

Also being able to access files from any computer & having the ability to share files & information with clients & contractors is awesome.

I love that all parties involved can communicate on this platform. The staff at Mydoma are beyond helpful.

Honestly was very disappointed in the update. We lost a bunch of work, we spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it.

However, the software lacks too much for our business and I unfortunately regret signing up for an entire year subscription. I would suggest trying the one month trial.

I find the partial payment option unclear as my client do not seem to be able to see my partial payment notes at the bottom of the invoices.

I like the possibility to access Workfront through different devices and the responsiveness of the support staff.

For this one, I had to reach out to a co-worker to figure out where to find the components I needed efficiently; there was a lot of guessing and wasted time in the beginning.

The ease of use for collaborating on a project, while also being able to customize it for your liking with the notifications.

With some of the updates in the software our team has been a little lost.

It has a nice integrated solutions, it’s simplistic for the basic user.

I love the fact that this software can either be very simple or very robust based on the needs of the project or its team members.

We have also experienced some issues with lost functionality due to upgrades which can be frustrating for users.

The reporting capabilities is terrific, very robust, and most importantly, easy to use. It has everything we need, and even things we didn't know we needed.

I love how easy workfront is to navigate and communicate with people collaborating on the same projects. It has so many options for use and is super intuitive to use.

Simplified routing and decision-making in the integrated ProofHQ module, highly organized file sharing, better tagging functionality than comparable project management software.

It’s perfect for keeping the team organized and on track, and it helps us make sure we aren’t spending to much time on certain projects.

The most important thing is that their support team worked with us from the beginning to create a platform that best fits our job environment.

It's well-built and powerful in helping you manage all aspects and tasks involved in a project of any size.

I enjoyed using Workfront to track project execution and time associated with projects. It was very effective and efficient at that purpose.

Ability for customization and reporting is great.

It also gets confusing with the different levels and their hierarchical order, which I think even they get lost in sometimes themselves.

No risk tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Unable to import a project plan back into the same project.

Workfront resolved these issues at a mid-level price point for a small to medium-sized business or agency.

I worst thing I can say is a couple times of year we have a client or Sales Rep. that has a problem with the app.

At times is is difficult to identify where to find our projects. As of now, there are two pages that display your current projects differently, and that can be confusing.

Well versed community to share and learn. Detailed workflow breakdown of projects.

However, the problem is usually fix that same day and sometimes it is user error and not the program at all.

I have very good experience to use the workfront and I recommend my all the clients to use it though it is costly.

The only thing I don't like about Workfront is that it was unable to meet the criteria needed by my company to continue to be used.

This reporting capability of Workfront also helped my manager provide budget and resources support, when needed.

I like how it is easy to tag someone in a project to notify them of your comment. This makes collaboration easy, and it's a nice way to remind someone of a task.

Frustrating Software That You Have to Bend to Your Needs.

The client can easily use the tools at the top of the page to highlight or point to what they want changed. The client can ask us questions and we can answer them all in the same place.

Workfront allows us to see the budget and the progress of the project. It is very important for us to monitor the budget regularly.

I love the ability to see or post an update on the project, tag someone when you have a question, and lay out the timeline in the gantt charts.
