That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

Although we have not used the API and the integration capabilities, we are excited for the possibilities that exist for making the product handshake with the other tools that we use internally.

Most functionality is intuitive and does a great job of giving you visuals of each task. A better version of trello.

Hard to use for normal projesc or tasks tracking.

It has a steeper learning curve and some of the terminology used is non-traditional and takes getting used to. There are also some annoying UI.

We chose Taiga over other similar available products because of the price and its simplicity. Its good for tracking progress of development, issues and options for adding custom user inputs.

It allows us to easily replicate our workflow and has saved many hundreds of hours of management and communication both within the team and with the customer.

Taiga is nice collaboration tool between different organizations.

Finally a product with which the management was happy (attractive price).

Taiga is simple to use, and easy for nearly anyone, even non-technical helpdesk and clients can use it and understand what they are doing.

Ex 2 hard to use Kanban & Scrum for the same project). Lack of tutorials for new features (never manage to drag&drop multiple cards).

Customer support is great and fast. Increased team productivity drastically and also easy to manage by manager or team lead.

I love this tool, it's easy to see everything and the time feed of what's recently been changed or updated is brilliant.

I don't like the new pricing system where we have to pay a lot more due to calculation per member.

The UI sometimes gets distorted on some resolutions.

The custom fields have been convenient for billing purposes and the ease of use when moving tickets around is nice and fun to do.

Perfect for personal or small projects, if you don't have a very big budget. Includes all of the expected features like team management, support for EPIC, issues, sprints and backlog (just one AFAIK).

Taiga is an easy and complete tool that provides excellent Agile collaboration and sharing funcionalities.

It is good for scrum work and we make good use of the project wiki, but overall much prefer Jira, which we use in house for our other dev work.

Simple, clean and easy to use most of the time.

Taiga is a useful tool for daily stand up and scrum planning.

It is a very good option to manage times in the projects through the scrum methodology that improves the times notably.

At times the application seems rather sluggish and unresponsive, sometimes the service seems completely inaccessible.

It is fast and its usability is excellent, reducing to the maximum the number of clicks to perform actions.

A bit strange colour scheme, a bit lost in editing issue texts. Personally I feel more in control when I edit issues in GitHub.

I used it with my diferents projects. M a musician and audio engineer, so it´s a great tool to integrate the different tasks and persons, online access and excelent UX.

Taiga is a cloud-based and on-premise agile project management tool that enables project teams to easily and effectively work together whether they use Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban or just want to track issues. What makes it stand out is the intuitive user interface. This makes Taiga particularly useful for multi-functional teams and/or client teams.
