I don’t like the software at all. I tried to enrolled more that 4 times.

TA Logic has really helped us make available to our owners so much more than they had before in an integrated solution. Customer support is very attentive and personal.

Accounting is built in along with the usual document management and homeowner contact features. No need to set up and maintain separate accounting software.

If I could give TA Logic an overall rating greater than five stars, I definitely would.

No way to charge a Daily rate. Also have trouble going back in and changing sites around so I have to delete them and create new ones.

The software is extremely easy to use and customer support has been excellent. I have always spoke with customer service  when I call customer support and she has been awesome to deal with.

You could input tenant information and move on. My only gripe is there is currently no way for customers to get a notification prior to their due date.

A good portion of my customers are set up with automatic credit card payments, but those that don't tend to forget payments, as usual.

This software is also very easy to use. The site map was also very easy to set up and is very helpful to see who is renting a particular unit and gives a nice overview of what is available instantly.

So far, we really haven't  found anything we don't like about it. Really looking forward to expense accounting functionality.
