Apple APP is terribly slow and harasses me for my private information on my personal phone.

Love that the app calculates how long someone spent at each job site within their 8 hour day especially when they work at more than one location in any given day.

Easy to switch between tasks. Really good customer service, whenever we had a question, they were there to help with whatever we needed.

We are trying to attribute our cost of time better to our business as it relates to projects and profitability.

Lack of searchability of details in the project. I can't search for a project # as that field is not searchable as of May 2018.

I like that they off an app for my smart phone it makes it super easy to punch in and out of work plus I can see my hours when ever I want to.

Does not work well with firefox. Using the phone app with firefox caused wonky time discrepancies.

That you can only sign your pay period on Sunday, not at the end of your work week. It also can take a very long time to login that can be a bummer because I can't start my day.

We have to update our current version this week and I was told we will no longer be able to log in and have access to all our companies. I'll have to individually log into to each company.

Being able to track projects and ease for our employees is the best. It helps us track costs per job and our employees are able to change projects several times per day.

GPS only tracks clock on and off locations, not continuous. We also have some sync problems.
