Just easy to manage expenses
The app is so easy to use. I can manage all my expenses and per diems in one place – and best of all I don't have to worry about losing track of my receipts.
CONSNothing I can think of. As someone that travels quite a lot, I love having a tool that got me covered.

Findity is very good
Fast to use, easy to check if you have all your receipts

Lot's of good thing but still important things to improve
Clear faster handling of Eurocard invoices, better overview what's going on - but still from an accounting side a lot of controlling, and also manual adjustments due to reason mentioned above.
PROSWorks fine with the photos, fairly OK to identify expenses, and also VAT etc. Hopefully it will be even better when we have used the system longer
CONSNo possibility to split a receipt in different accounts. That is a huge downside in the system, and will be the main reason for considering to continue or not
Reason for choosing Findity
There was a good sell-in of the system, timing was right, we was just looking for a system, and we took some funtions for granted. We should have done a better research before purchasing, but we wiill give it a try the year we have signed

No more worries about receipts disappearing
Findity are professional, helpful and easy to have contact with.
PROSIt´s so easy to just pick up the phone and take a photo and then add the needed information and in a short while your expenses are visible both in Expense and it´s also integrated via an API to our own system Visma PX. To always have access to see the expenses in the systems is a large advantage. You no longer have to worry about losing receipts.
CONSWe miss the functionality to split receipts on different projects.
